I was very impressed by the job they did. I also had the springs reconditioned which they needed. The cost was very reasonable and the workers very personable.

    Basic Necessities
    I had called on short notice and they were completely booked.  I had company coming into town and really wanted it done within a few days.  The owner worked her schedule to allow 3 hours of cleaning at my home.  She showed up a little bit late, but as soon as she walked in the door she worked her tail off to get as much done as possible in those 3 hours.  I was very impressed with the service and the effort that she put in to make my home better.  I would highly recommend and have already set up my next appointment.

    Allmax Carpet Cleaning
    Morgan was very professional and cleaned our disgusting living room due to our horrible apartment managers doing a terrible job.. But Morgan did an amazing job within 20 minutes our carpet looked new. Also we liked the fact that the chemicals were safe for our 8 month olds. Will definitely use again! Also amazing price and fit us in.

    No Stress Mess

    I called Brenda because I saw her Valpak coupon and Angie's list top pick wasn't available in the time-frame I needed.  I explained that I was moving Sunday and the carpet cleaners were coming Thursday morning and the house appraiser Friday morning so could she come Wednesday.  I wanted her to clean my bathrooms, kitchen, window sills, doors, any marks on walls, and any exposed baseboard and trim and vacuum the basement.  She was fine on the phone and asked if she could do a walk-through.  This went fine.  She said she'd get me a quote as the work was to be done the day after next.  Next day my computer was down and she didn't call me with a quote (she hadn't e-mailed one either).  I finally found her number, called, and left a message at 9pm asking if she was still coming, when, and how much.  She called me back in a few minutes and said she was just going to come over.  She also mentioned that she didn't take checks or credit cards but it would be fine if I went to the ATM while she was there.  I did tell her that I hadn't had a chance to move everything out of the way but that I'd work on it and she said not to stress.  She said she'd be there between 9:30 and 9:45.  I let my dog out at 9:15 and he started barking like crazy because she was sitting in my driveway.  I don't like people being that early; that's stressful.  So she came in and asked if she could use one of my vacuums; I wasn't thrilled but said yes.  She started working on the basement so I could finish getting the stuff moved upstairs.  I finished getting the stuff out of the bathrooms and was making progress in the kitchen when she asked if I could inspect the basement.  She never dusted the top trim over the doors and windows or on top of the medicine cabinet.  She also called me down before she'd finished cleaning the doors/trim at the bottom of the stairs.  She should know how and where to clean. She overfilled my vacuum and never dumped it (cup/not bag).

    I had to leave for 1.5 hours and she suggested they leave too and I pay her for doing the basement beforehand.  I explained again that I needed everything done today as the carpet cleaners were coming the next day.  She told me not to stress out and to just call her when I was done moving everything out of all the rooms she was going to work in.  I called her back a few hours later and she didn't answer.  Called again about a half hour later and she still didn't answer or call back.  I texted her and got a response about an hour and a half after I initially tried to get a hold of her.  She said she'd come back the next day at noon if that way ok.  I texted her again that I told her many times it needed to be done today since the carpet cleaners were coming the next morning and the floors would be wet.  She would not work with me.  She wanted everything prepared before she got there.  I couldn't finish the kitchen while she did the bathrooms.  She wanted everything perfect so she could "perform [her] job at 100%".  Then she texted, "Due to miscommunication, I feel that you would be better off to call someone else. For me to perform my job the house has to be prepared for me to clean." So I was left with no time to call anyone else to have the work done by the next morning.  She left me high and dry.  Moving is way too stressful to deal with this.  I texted her, "Angie's List F" and she texted back, "Sounds great. I will add the "u" thanks".  Wow!  Would not recommend to anyone.  She only wants to do it her way.  She will not work with you or listen.

    The tech. was named Will and he came and responded directly after we had made the call. We are renters in the house so we were very frantic. Will worked with us and was very kind. He even went over numbers with us to find what we would be paying out of pocket. Our landlords had another company they worked with so he didnt have to do any of the work. He had to spoke to his supervisor and worked with us on the service call :) He was very professional and gracious :)

    Well, first off, I chose sunrise cleaning because they were referred to me by two separate individuals who had good experiences with their services or had at least heard that they were good. So they must be doing something right. I found their prices to be higher than some competitors, but was assured that they provided a better product, so I went with them. When I originally called for a quote, my own estimate of 2500 ft.² of carpet was laughed at, and I was told he was sure there wasn't that much square footage; that I was not taking bathrooms, kitchen, etc. into account. So he insisted on coming to measure the space to make sure the quote was accurate. Kudos for wanting to give an accurate quote (and he was prompt and professional). It wasn't so cool that he belittled me by laughing and telling me I was surely wrong about the square footage of carpet to be cleaned. Sure enough, however, when he came out to measure, there were 2500 ft.² of carpet to be cleaned?
    My biggest concern was that the previous owners of the property had pets, and there was tons of hair left all over the flooring. And I was willing to pay more of a premium price for them to shampoo as I was guaranteed they could rid the carpet of the hair and any signs of pets (since I expressed this concern more than once). The carpets were cleaned in a timely manner. They showed up when they said they would and answered or returned all phone calls promptly.
    However, to my dismay, a good portion of the pet hair pilled up and was deposited by the base boards of the carpet. Incredibly annoying. By the time I noticed how awful it still was, moving trucks were already here and the stress and time consumption of coordinating an out of state move prevented me from calling back to complain or see if they could rectify the situation. So, in all fairness, had I placed a call to let them know of my intense dissatisfaction with the service, there is a good chance they would have come back out to make it right (I hope!). In all honestly, though, I didn't want to hassle with having them come out again and redo things as most of the bigger furniture pieces had been moved in over top of the "furry" carpet. So, overall, I'm sure they are a good business, and I just ended up being one of the few dissatisfied customers (you can't please everyone!) While I would not discourage anyone from using their service, I will most likely not be a repeat customer.

    We had extensive pet urine stains and Henderson pretreated all the areas affected. The Serviceman checked the whole house with a black light and marked all pet stains. He told us that the pretreatment would lift odor from the carpet. He explained the nature of urine odor and how the pretreatment would neutralized the salt content of the urine stains and odor.
    He cleaned 3 area rugs and did not charge us for them. I will call them next year to clean again, because we still have our adorable Yorkies that seem to think certain areas of the house is their bathroom.

    I knew it was time to have my carpets cleaned, but one afternoon this fact became very apparent. While rearranging my furniture to make room for my new piano, I was shocked to discover several red stains (one of them as large as the palm of my hand) underneath my couches. Unfortunately, the new furniture arrangement left these stains out in the open. So I decided to give All Shine Cleaning and Maintenance a try.

    I honestly can't say enough good things about this company.

    * Punctual - He arrived on time to give me a bid, and he arrived on time for my actual cleaning appointment.
    * Conscientious - He used shoe covers whenever he entered my home. He also used corner guards to protect and prevent my corner floor trim from being scuffed as he negotiated his hoses and equipment throughout my house.
    * Price Competitive - Randy's prices are very competitive even without coupons. (I used a coupon that I had received from the Home and Garden show which saved me an additional $50 off of All Shine's cleaning services.)
    * Friendly
    * Diligent - He diligently worked to restore my carpets to their former glory using a 5 step cleaning process.
    (The following description of the 5 step cleaning process is from from All Shine's website)
    1- Vacuuming: Our technician will vacuum all areas to be cleaned.
    2- Pre-treatment: Our technician will treat ALL areas to be cleaned, not just the visible spots or stains.
    3- Agitation: Detergents are hand-brushed into the carpet fibers to ensure thorough cleaning and deodorizing.
    4- Extraction: Dirt is extracted from the carpet using heated water and a neutralizing rinse that removes any residue left behind in the agitation process...our careful extraction method leaves your carpet soft and clean.
    5- Grooming: The clean carpet fibers are raked to look like newly installed carpet and to aid in quick drying.
    * Miracle worker - That's right, I said that Randy Campbell is a miracle worker. He was able to to do what countless home carpet cleaning products couldn't do and removed100% of my red stains!

    I will continue to use All Shine Cleaning and Maintenance for my future cleaning needs.
