AMickle Electric & Heating IncI work for a non-profit that assists seniors and low-income individuals. Mickle found out that the homeowner did not need a new furnace as quoted by the original company. They determined the thermostat was bad. They replaced the thermostat and the furnace works great. A savings of $6000. Highly recommend- Michelle K.

AMAWDSLEY HOME IMPROVEMENT1. Decided not to go through with this work. As products I was advised to order by contractor were out of stock and decided to do the work with a friend. 2. Looks good! 3. Floors look great; subcontracted out. Should've had couple items clearly written out before work began but happy with the work completed. Dispose of all trash/scrapes myself. I wouldn't hire again due to a couple issues but work completed was an A.- adam b.

AEagle Electric IncBob and Steve are wonderful! They actually arrived on time and finished the work in four hours, unlike the last two electricians we hired. Would definitely recommend!- Darci W.

AEagle Electric IncI had to get an electrician to my house very quickly as I was informed by MidAmerican that my main power service line was not in regulation and a fire hazard so they would turn off my power in the freezing cold unless it was fixed soon. Bob was great about listening to my concerns and came immediately over to see what was going on. He was fast and efficient and installed a new point of attachment in the proper location to make it safe for MidAmerican to finish the power line replacement. He also checked out a few other items that I needed inspected and made some updates. Very helpful in a pinch!- Angela H.

AHandy GuyJeremy and Jonah once again did an excellent job for us. This time it was a remodel job to replace a ceiling and light fixtures in our basement family room. The ceiling had the old popcorn ceiling texture and we've wanted it replaced for a long time but put off because of the mess we expected to take it down. Jeremy came out and gave us suggestions, quote, etc. that it could be done by putting new drywall over it instead of taking it down. They put up new drywall and were very particular to get the mud, sanding and finish just right. You cannot see any seams in the entire almost 400 square feet. They extended duct work as needed for better vent placement and the family room is so much warmer now. Jeremy and wife Jennifer worked with us during the time after work was scheduled and before it started to advise on light fixtures to put in and Jennifer even located them for us locally to purchase. Jeremy even suggested an improvement related to the stair edging. He provided and stained a piece of wood to match the existing trim along the stair risers and now the new ceiling edge piece is so much nicer now and blends in with the other trim. When this new edge piece didn't take the original stain very well and had an unfinished edge, they came back out to correct it at no charge as part of their guarantee/warranty work. I would highly recommend The Handy Guy.- M W.

AOn Time ProfessionalsIt went very well. Efficient and timely. Answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Notified me by email and phone text when they would arrive. Pleasant to deal with and very professional.- Kate C.

CWireOneI was not happy with the price that I was offered. They have pricing packages, and nothing was less than $300. I was charged almost $500 to fix one outlet. I had to pay a flat rate as well as the trip charge.- Lisa L.

AOn Time ProfessionalsOn Time emailed me an appointment confirmation with a picture of Jerry, the electrician who would be doing the work. He arrived exactly as scheduled, talked through everything with me thoroughly before doing any diagnosis, explained to me what he’d found and presented me with several different options ranging in price and complexity of work. He was able to come back the same day to complete the issues we had that were of immediate concern, was professional and friendly the entire time he was here and left his work areas clean and mess-free. We will definitely have them back to do the future work that is planned!- Cherie J.

ADan came and took a look at the broken dishwasher, which needed a new pump. He figured price vs. dishwasher value worth and recommended I buy a new dishwasher as a new pump would cost $268. We bought the new Bosch dishwasher that he recommended, he took out the old one (only a year old) that had originally been installed by the contractor incorrectly, and charged us less than the 'big box store' would have to install it.

AJim and Dan were great to work with. Dan came first to check the project out, and then had Jim come to give me an estimate. Jim took the time to go through the house and explain exactly what work needed to be done. They had MidAmerican run service to the side of the house, then ran a meter main from the side of the house through the crawlspace to the location of the old panel. They then put the new panel in and wired everything up, along with upgrading the grounding system. They left the work site as clean as they found it. I will definitely be saving Jim's contact information for my future electrical needs.

AHad a lot of work done. I needed ceiling lights, connected to wall switches, put in for 4 second floor bedrooms, which had no existing light fixtures. Ed cut holes in the ceiling and installed 4 electrical boxes (fasten 3 studs and one brace). Then he went up into the attic, ran wire to the wall switch, and put in new double switches. He then installed 3 ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. Next he went back up into the attic and ran new wire into 5 closets, and installed lights in them. Those lights were connected to the double switches he had installed before. Ed then replaced an older ceiling light with a new one. Finally, he replaced a couple of older breakers with new ones and put in some blanks too. Ed charges a Flat Rate for the work, so if it takes longer, it does not cost more. He is very profession, shows up on time, and works hard for the entire time he is there. I plan on having him come back in the future to do some more work that needs to be done.
