AAAA MoversThere was a hiccup in the beginning, but it went very well. I was kept informed, sent reminders and phone call. The three movers were exceptional. They put mats down to protect my carpet. I had everything wrapped but they offered to wrap it before they knew. They were very professional very friendly and an absolute joy to work with. I have moved six times in the last eight years used four other companies before Angie's List had this company. I will never use another moving company and have told everyone about them.- Cathi S.

AIowa Moving 1, LLCI can't say enough good things about this company (Iowa Moving1). So thankful to have found them. Every step of the process was excellent-from the initial reach out inquiry, to scheduling the move, to emailing me the quotes, to the day before the move call to confirm the work to be done, to them wrapping and protecting the furniture, to the crew calling 15 minutes before arriving, and team arriving on TIME and well within time frame quoted. Not to mention, the team of Dalton and KJ were awesome! They were so personable and helpful. (At one point I offered to help carry cushions in and KJ was like "you are welcome to do so however we invite our clients to sit back and relax and we can do all the work for you." So refreshing to have exceptional customer service these days.) This firm can also be hired to move furniture within rooms of a home or say from an upstairs bedroom to the garage for you to list items on social media and create welcome room in your home. (Thankful for them providing the muscles when it's needed.) The pricing is a good value and very straight forward. Again, A+ organization in the Des Moines area for moving or muscle needs!- Jen E.

This includes the video walkthru to provide us a quote (due to Covid-19), the preparation and the actual move. Ask for her when you contact EAS - she loves being constantly busy, hates lunch breaks because it ruins her flow, and keeps it real. On the transport side of things, Max (from Comic Transport) was all about just gettin' it done. Ride showed up with just a light dusting and some bugs on the windshield (nothing a car wash can't fix), but no cosmetic defects were seen upon inspection and axle/suspension weren't harmed during transport.- David I.

They were quick to respond each time I had a question and picked the most amazing carrier (WEO Trucks) for us who was also great to work with - friendly and so very helpful every step of the way! The driver was very skilled and took great care of our car. I can't say enough good things about Executive Auto Shippers and WEO Trucks! Will definitely recommmend them to anyone looking to ship their car and will call them if we ever need to ship again! Note: The extra $35 for tracking was worth it for peace of mind - not perfect as no signal was available in some areas but still worth it and EAS followup kept my mind at ease when there was signal loss.- Karen L.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
