AAction Roofing & Construction IncGreat. Albert and Jasmine are knowledgable, helpful, and responsive. Albert gave me great confidence in his knowledge of roofing and gutter systems. Jasmine is the point of conduct. She's friendly and makes sure things get done. She kept me informed of the status of the job. Because of the sudden cold weather, the job took longer than expected but I was informed all along the way. Most of the work was done while I was away from home. When I did meet the workers, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Whether the prices are out of line, I couldn't tell you. It's just a lot of money to me. But I'm very happy with the work so I'm not complaining about the cost.- Marilyn R.

AAction Roofing & Construction IncI purposefully asked that they not come until November as I wanted to ensure all the leaves were off the trees by then. Unfortunately we had some below freezing temps the day I was scheduled, so they had to re-schedule. Their office called and kept me apprised of their scheduling and when they would be onsite to do the work. They sent pictures when the work was complete and I was very impressed with the job done. Having the pictures sent was a great idea as I was not home at the time they did the cleaning. It's so great when a service request goes so smoothly, I didn't have to lift a finger aside from clicking BUY.- Kellie F.

AGreat! Bob's and hiscrew, Kelly and Jesse,cleaned our gardens, removed dead plants and bushes, trimmedi our roses, and trimmed a couple trees and cleaned out some brush under the trees. They also did complete clean-up! Logan has done our lawn for at least 5 years. This is the second season that we've had Bob and crew come out. They have done excellent work for us! Our gardens and trees look so good! We would highly recommend Finer Cuts Lawn Care for any lawn or garden projects!

AI called Pitts after being strung along by another tree service on removal of the second of two large Green Ash trees on my residential lot in Boone, IA. The previous company took a bid on two trees, dropped the easier one at the front of the house and started making excuses and stalling on the more difficult tree. Pitts agreed to take out the remaining tree for approximately the same cost. They put us on the schedule within a week and worked a 12 hour day to get the job done. Pitts' crew were safe and methodical, preventing any damage to the two garages and houses under the canopy of that huge dead Ash. Clean up was detailed, including the roofs of the garages, and their team was professional in all respects. We were thrilled with the results and no longer dread every ice storm or strong wind taking down a limb and risking damage to our home. Thanks for the peace of mind, Pitts!

AI contacted Wright Outdoor Solutions late on a Wednesday afternoon because we had a branch that started cracking, was sitting over the power line, and looked like it would go at any moment. They called me back first thing on Thursday and within an hour, someone was out to assess the situation and provided a quote. Even though their schedule was quite busy they squeezed us in and were out Friday. It was such a relief to have the branch taken care of instead of falling and taking out our power and possibly other's along the line. Thank you Ryan and team. The owner stated that we were out of his service area and I think that would make good business sense. I would not expect them to come that far for one small job. FWanted to share the experience of my first season with A+ Lawn and Landscape. The summary is that they broke my brand-new planter box on their first visit this spring and 7 months later it’s still unresolved. 1) They break the planter and say nothing. Accidents happen, maybe they didn’t know they hit it, and I reach out to A+ for resolution. They offer to buy a replacement and we’re all good. 2) Months go by and no replacement. They change their offer to some free lawn applications. Not what I wanted, but it’s too late in the season for my planter box, so I agree. 3) First free service comes, they charge me. Second free service comes, they charge me. To actually get those credits applied to my account for these first two applications took dozens of emails back and forth. 4) Then they actually charged my card on file for the “free services” and it took me multiple emails and weeks to get the money back. 5) Third free service arrives about 5 months in. Not only did they fail to waive it as promised – they start harassing me with letters and texts about non-payment. 6) I reach out through the website to escalate my issue. No response. 7) I reach out again advising that I am contacting the BBB and other consumer bureaus and they suddenly respond. I again ask for an explanation and it’s been 7 days without response. To be fair, the people who have actually come to our house and performed services have been kind and done nice work. However, in our first year together A+ broke our property, failed to deliver their resolution, then failed to deliver their alternative resolution repeatedly, and still no explanation. Today I cancelled my contract and filed multiple complaints with consumer protection bureaus. Also, sharing with you all as in the hopes that this factual account helps you avoid a similar situation
