In our large family home we replaced the entire HVAC with them and we were upgraded to a better model for the same price as the one quoted. We discussed how to remediate the issue so that I could have an upgraded beautiful, functional bathroom where the garbage disposal doesn’t BURP UP it’s contents into the bathtub. The crew was considerate and attempted to avoid as much “mess making” as possible. I also had HOLT replace the ancient furnace & air conditioner plus install an on-demand water heater unit. My monthly gas and electric bills are now $73 after energy efficient installations. I rely on HOLT for maintenance service, too.- Brena C.

DService tech was very helpful and polite. Very willing to meet our needs. Seemed like a breakdown in communication between service tech and dispatch. I had been given conflicting instructions from the very first interaction. The tech found other damage inside the unit and wanted to schedule another time to complete that work. I have made multiple attempts over the last five weeks to schedule and I’m told by dispatch they will call me back but don’t.
