AReadyCleanTechnician was very prompt in follow up after I initially scheduled my home to be cleaned. Aaron went over in detail his entire process from protecting my outlets to presoaking all on my landscaping to ensure nothing was damaged. Aaron arrived on on timely and quickly and effectively cleaned my home. All the years of dirty and grime were completely gone when he was done. After finishing, he recommended I get my gutters cleaned as well. He had taken some photos to show me how compacted they were and explained how this could lead to more serious issues if not taken care of. He was able to get them cleaned for me that same day!! The owner stated that we were out of his service area and I think that would make good business sense. I would not expect them to come that far for one small job. AThey returned old carpets to a very acceptable level, even on the stairs. It was a busy time of the year for Steamway so we did have to wait close to 3 weeks to have them cleaned so plan ahead. The two Professional cleaners were friendly and worked quickly. It took about 4 hours. It takes a lot of work to get as much as you can off the carpets but it is worth it especially in the closets.
