AI go where I get the best quality and that is where I shop. I have had complaints about a couple of managers and their attitudes in the past but everything else has been great. I don't usually run int problems like that. Otherwise they are a really good store.

AI like him. He does not over-charge. He is good because I just had my dog die and he recommended who to have it cremated by. He does not tell us to go and give an operation for the 14 years old. He tells us the truth. He leaves it up to us.

FI have been using this vet since I moved to the Quad Cities, approximately 15 years ago. I went in to purchase prescription cat food. The woman behind the counter made a snarky remark about my going to another provider to get vaccinations. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about as I have not taken my pets to any other vet. I then paid for my cat food. At that point she REFUSED to help me carry the food out to my car. I ended up having to drag it through the snow and ice. I wanted to ask for my money back but my animals were low on food and I didn't want them to run out. If the staff treats the pet owners this way just think about how they treat the pets when the owners aren't there. This staff member is not someone I know, and in the past I have always found the staff to be helpful and compassionate. I think maybe she thought I was someone else but that is still no reason to treat someone that way. Because of this incident I plan to switch my pets care to a different provider.

AThe Bark & Stay is fabulous! It's the only boarding facility I'll take my dog to in the Quad Cities. The facility is on the edge of town and they have a lot of ground for the dogs to run (both inside and outside). They even have a pond on the grounds so the dogs can swim and the kennels are much roomier than other boarding facilities. They are very attentive to the animals and treat them well. The price is VERY reasonable for the services they offer. A lot of the other boarding facilities I researched had a base charge for boarding the dog and then charged you extra if you also wanted "daycare" for them (i.e., walks and play) as opposed to leaving them kenneled all day. At Bark & Stay all the dogs get tons of play time. My favorite feature is that they take pictures of the dogs and post them to their Facebook page on an almost daily basis so you're actually able to go through the pictures and see your dog while you're away! One look at my puppy happily swimming/running/playing makes it so much easier to be away from her! We paid extra to have our dog bathed and have her hails trimmed and they made sure to note when we would be back for her so they could give her a bath just before we picked her up so she wouldn't get dirty again running around outside. My only criticism (and the reason for a couple of "Bs") is that they cut her quick while trimming her nails but didn't tell us about it (we saw dried blood on her paw by one of her nails later and knew it had happened). My dog was in absolutely no distress when we picked her up so it obviously wasn't too deep (and maybe the groomer simply didn't notice). That kind of thing certainly happens (especially with dogs with black nails like mine) and we would not have been upset about it but I would have appreciated it if they would have told us. Even with that minor issue, I loved our experience at the Bark & Stay and will use their services in the future!

AI was apprehensive about boarding our new dog for the first time. We both seemed a bit nervous but he did very well and the staff was comforting and kind when we dropped off our dog. He's a large breed and their staff was capable of coaxing him and caring for him while we we gone. Our dog also, got a bath while he was boarded. He was very excited to see us and appeared healthy. He's boarded a couple other times at me same kennel, around Labor Day and we had the same service experience. Again, we wouldn't hesitate to use this kennel/boarder again.

AWe really like Adam's for several reasons for our pet boarding.
First and most irritatingly, is that the have Sunday pickup. Its great for people who only need boarding during the weekend or will return from a trip on Sunday and don't want to leave their pet in a kennel until they can pick them up Monday morning or in our case Monday night.
I also like that they have a dedicated area for cat boarding. Our cat gets really upset at other vets where dogs and cats are boarded in the same room. The constant dog barking really scares him.
Dogs also get a large kennel and are let out into a large play area outside when the weather allows.
Great and clean facility and friendly staff. If we didn't already have a vet then I would be taking our pets here.

AShenandoah Animal HospitalIt's an older building and not that clean. I watched them though and they had everything sterile and she wiped everything down after each dog was up there. He was good about explaining everything and making sure I knew what was going on. We made an appointment to get them groomed, as well. I've been back there since then with both my cats. I would recommend them to others. They were very genuine and asked questions and wanted to get to know you as a client. They made you feel comfortable.- Candance P.

APET PALSI placed my order and they shipped out of state for me. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size. My friends took the coat to the store in Boise, I'D and exchanged it for the correct size.
