    They really charged me to changed plans, as well as charging me a lot for going out of my area. They were pushing me to get 4 people to sign up in my family in order to get the $45 unlimited plan. I have switched to another company. I will say that I got good reception and my battery was not drained.

    When they came out, they replaced something at the pole, which did not help. Then they went through the whole house tracing cables. They found two cables that they were chewed on by a mouse. After replacing those lines, everything looked great. Very professional, and a very nice technician. We are very happy to be Cable One customers.

    I was very satisfied with my service all.  I called because I had several channels that were cutting out.  I had an appointment for "all day" so I can't complain that he did not show up on time.  When he arrived he already had an idea of what the problem was because he had done some signal strength testing from his vehicle.  The technician then came in and replace som bad connectors that I had, he then said that the "drop" from the pole to the house was bad and that needed to be replaced as well. He went out and replaced some piece at the top of the pole and came back in to show me the damaged one and explained that was causing a lot of my issues.  He also told me that the line would need to be replaced but it could not be done today due to lighteneing but he would have someone come out as soon as possible.  I was satisfied with that.  After he left I checked the channels I was having trouble with and all was working great.  I was very happy overall with the service all. the only thing that I would lkie changed is that I wish they could narrow down the timeframe that the technician was to arrive si I was not stuck home all day.

    There was only one other person in there needing assistance, they got taken right after we arrived and we were left for 20 minutes before my daughter got into the room. The front desk lady saw my daughter and asked if she has any allergies to anything. I said yes, that's what this is! She had about a teaspoon of peanut butter earlier and must have a severe allergy to it. The front desk person who was inquiring about this still didn't tell anyone such as a doctor about it to try to get us in. On top of that, the scale in the waiting room was broken and I kept trying to tell them I know what her approximate weight is but the lady wanted to weigh her..the scale never ended up working and 20 minutes later, FINALLY, they got her into a room. Once in there, things went better. The doctor and nurse were good and got the epinephrine in her right away. If this ever happens to you I would suggest being very adamant with the front desk person about getting your child in faster..I know I will if it happens again! Peanut allergies can be lethal and they should always be considered so. I wish that the staff there would have acknowledged that.

    Dr. Peterson was very nice! I liked him a lot. I explained to him my past and he was very understanding and refilled my prescriptions without any issues. He WILL be my primary care doctor from now on!

    My daughter is 18 months old, and they were very good handling her, especially while she was agitated and crying because of the cut on her cheek. We were put in a hospital room specifically for children - it had some child toys/decor. The doctor and nurses were great. They did everything quickly --stitches, clean up, etc --since my toddler was so upset. They did their best to make it as painless as possible for her. They did a great job.

    he has done nothing but cause us trouble. we can't get our things out and he is trying to get even more money out of us. he even cut our lock off when is was completely paid up. and he admitted to using our check for a different storage unit.

    My computer was running really slow!  While on my lunch break the other day I found their web page on the internet.  Very impressive web site.  I called them and got an appointment within 24 hours.  They showed up on time and were very professional and fast.  I had them replace my dvd drive as it was failing for the past 6 months.  All in all, this is one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a service company and I found them on the internet.  I give them two thumbs up for excellent service and they were very helpful and informative.

    The customer service has been stellar. They are very knowledgeable. They are great to deal with. When I finally used my bike this season, everything was completely and appropriately adjusted, and everything was just beautiful. They recommended a particular brand of tires because they were quieter, and they were right. It is a great bike shop and I love it. They are very friendly and attentive to detail, and they know what they are talking about.

    I walked in and showed the clerk the picture of the foot I needed. She searched and finally appeared with a foot exactly like the picture. The foot was not in a bag, not in a box, did not come with instructions for use, etc. I asked the price; the clerk looked at the information I'd printed from the website, said "well, that one is $25, I'll charge you $20". I paid it. Now, however, as I search the internet, I feel I was totally taken for a fool. I found the exact same foot, brand new, on for $3.95. I feel the clerk took advantage of me; I should have questioned the price at the time but didn't. Because it wasn't packaged at all, I think I received used goods, probably something salvaged from a machine brought in for sale by a previous owner. I will not return to that shop.
