DSteel Roots DecorDo NOT bother with an order. I placed a general order with no customization on 9/22. As of 10/20 they still had not been shipped. I had to reach out to them in order to get an update. To which I was told 5-7 business days for general orders and 10-15 for customized. By this point it has been almost a month. Upon contact yet again I was then informed my order would be shipped over the weekend or Monday at the latest. It is now Wed and with no communication.- Christina K.

AWindy Ridge InteriorsGloria is eager to please, quite timely in her work. Good about offering alternatives but also offering her opinion on best choices. Up to date on what is "in", and that style of décor is her forte. Work was very timely and responsive, and her cost was very reasonable. AWindy Ridge InteriorsAll went very well. Gloria came in and asked a few questions on how we used the area. I should of given her more details there, but it all worked out anyway. She asked for accessories from closets and other areas of my home. She used things in different ways than I would of thought to do, and since I didn't have all that many to work with, she really used imagination in coming up with decorative items. It was hard to not be closed minded in seeing the room different than we had always had it, but we are so glad we did. Her suggestions on paint colors were also a big help to me. I'm so glad we chose her to do the room for us!- LAURA H.

AWindy Ridge InteriorsWindy Ridge Interiors did a FANTASTIC job for us! And...did so in a very short timeframe. Gloria came in and literally "worked her magic" in a few short days. Frankly, the proof is in the pudding...as we listed our home on a Wednesday; had 10+ viewings within the next 4 days; and officially SOLD our home within the week! :-D There's no doubt in my mind that without Gloria's insight and expertise, the property would not have sold that quickly - which would have created additional stress and anxiety on our part. I would highly recommend Windy Ridge Interiors to everyone - they do high quality, expert work!- Trish H.

AINTERIORS BY VALJanel is a bright, knowledgeable, lady who knows how to do her job well and very efficiently. She came to our home, saw it at it's worst, and helped us make it ours. We are so thrilled with all of the ideas and suggestions she made. She gave us exactly what we wanted (even when we really weren't sure what it was we wanted). She went through each room( took just a few short hours), and met with me a few days later at the office where she had a terrific selection of samples pulled to look at and take home, along with design ideas. She made the decision process very easy and QUICK! She has helped us turn our house into a warm, inviting, beautiful home. I will definitely go to Interiors by Val again for any other projects we may come up with and highly recommend them to everyone. ( I did meet Val as well and she was very friendly and highly knowledgeable as well.) We are still in process of completing portions of our home, but the results achieved to this point have surpassed our expectations and hopes.- Christina L.

ALaura's DesignsLaura was the project manager and the consultant. She was very attentive when I told her what colors I liked and what features that I wanted to include in the remodel. She came back with appropriate choices for me. She did all the shopping for me and let me pick from five or six different design choices. She was very willing to work with local contractors as well as bring in contractors that she knew to be reputable. The local contractors I knew personally. The contractors that she brought in were very respectful of my home and they worked very hard. She had brought in some innovative ideas that were well appreciated. She was conscious of keeping the project moving along. They wasn't much down time and she kept it moving along as quickly as possible. I would undoubtedly recommend her to anyone. ALori Falk Individual Design LLCI have just written the final check for this project, and I am SO happy, from beginning to end. Lori Falk is the ultimate professional, and checked with me often during the job. She made suggestions throughout the project, and even suggested a matching bed for my dog! Her communication with the various subcontractors was excellent, and they always showed up when scheduled, throughout this two month project. Lori checked back again and again, and did not send final bill until the last visit to make sure that everything had been done according to my wishes. I would hire her again immediately, and would wait in line if I had to put off the project for her schedule.- Stephany H.

AI contacted Gloria after seeing her design display at a local home show. She arrived promptly on ours visits. We live in an open concept town-home. She helped me select furniture for the living room, sun porch, master bedroom and converting second bedroom to an office. She staged each room using several of our own pieces which saved us money. I find it overwhelming shopping on the internet and one of the best services Gloria provided was shopping on the internet as well as at stores. She took the overload of shopping online off my shoulders. Her hourly rate was reasonable for shopping as well as her staging charge. AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!
