    They are great. They have been around forever and will continue to be due to their ability to give great service. They don't care how old or young or what gender you are, they do not treat you like an idiot. They will deliver anywhere in the surrounding area. They have a great sense of humor and very polite to make it a great experience. They do not stereotype their customers, the first customers in are the first customers helped. If they don't know the answer, they will clarify and ensure they understand in a very polite way. The prices are very reasonable. They are way more helpful than DIY people. They have a very good layout that is always clean and it is very easy to navigate. The have like items next to each other, to help alleviate searching for ever.

    Over the past 20+ years sometimes we've brought our mower in for repair, and sometimes they've come and picked it up (+$35).  They're pretty quick, reliable, do good work, refrain from snark when we do something dumb.  Sometimes the cost has been very little, say, less than $10.  We also get our chain saw blades sharpened there, and occasional chain saw repair tho not often.

    We sent off a riding lawnmower and a push mower in to be fixed last fall and told them there was no hurry in getting them fixed. When we called early spring to have them returned, they only delivered the riding mower with a bill approximately $460. They said they couldn't find the push mower and would deliver it in a few days. About a month later, after numerous phone calls they finally delivered the push mower. This week we received another bill in the mail for approximately $89. When we called to find out what it was for they said that when they went to start it before returning it, they had to replace the magneto. We told them we were never called about any additional work. The guy claims he called and talked to some woman who authorized the repair. They only number they have is for our cell phone and we never got any call about it. Either myself or my boyfriend are the only ones who answer our phone and I never got a call about the mower.Yesterday and today we were using the mowers and they both stopped working. The riding mower still had the oil leak that they were supposed to fix and never did. It also ran quite rough. The push mower ran rough and started blowing oil out the carburetor and stopped working.We haven't bothered calling City Mower Klinic because after how rude the guy was when we asked about the additional charges, we told him he would never work on another one of our mowers again. After talking with a neighbor we discovered that they have a reputation for not doing quality work and screwing people over.

    The workers spoke very little English.That would be fine if they could have done a good job, but they didn't. The caulking around the windows is sloppy and messy, and they used GASOLINE to try and clean it up. They even told my husband to use gasoline in the future if he had to correct anything! They used silicone instead of nails to get the siding to stick to the underlayment. My husband put up a burn barrel for them to keep warm with, since they were working into late November, and he specifically told them to keep the barrel away from the house. But they didn't, and burned a hole in the board at the end of our ramp out front. They left scraps and pieces of siding on the roof and all over the yard and didn't pick up their mess until my husband told them to.  We paid $21,000.00 to Home Depot of Council Bluffs for insulated siding that the salesman said would last until the NEXT owner of this property moves in. We are VERY disappointed and want to protect other homeowners from experiencing something like this.

    The Home Depot rep phoned at 9 pm the night before the appointment a stated he was cancelling the appointment because he didn't have anyone in the area that could come to my home.  The person he thought was coming had quit.  I had asked initial phone call, if the distance between Sioux Falls and Spirit Lake would be a problem and the first CS rep assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. After the run around with Sears for the same type of program and service the within the 48hr period, I decided to cancel the reschedule I'd made with Home Depot and go with a local contractor.  Go figure, I ran into the same issues with the local contractor Eric Berg Construction who had done work on my home previously.  He didn't show for an estimate appointment, then no showed on rescheduled appointment.  I give up and will put a bench infront of my present window for an estimate of less than 100.00.
