    Jagnandan & Lensch DDS
I had have teeth problems all my life.  Dr Lencsh has always been kind and compassionate to my fears. When we had done everything possible to keep my own teeth and it was time for dentures.  I was given an accurate proposal of just it was going to cost me and what was going to happen. I had molds of teeth made, 2 weeks later my dentures were in. There has been a few adjustments.  Dr Lencsh had done really good work shaping and fitting them to my mouth. What I really like is just how nice and natural they look.      I've gone so far to convince someone they were really dentures, by spitting one out.  That was a shock effect! Keep your appointments, call ahead if you can't make it and reschedule. Tell them your concerns and fears.  Talk to him. Keep things accurate about yourself. (hurts here, doesn't hurt there, don't always brush, floss once in awhile. (Not the 'I brush 4 times a day and floss 6 times a day routine.)  Be truthful. Don't bite or reach up and grab him hands when he has a needle in them. Pay what you owe.  Ask if you have questions about your bill. Smile

    Hintz, Dr. Jerad
This is a nice environment. Dr. Hintz is great with our young kids. Our sons have seen him since they were 2 years old and he does a great job with them. He's thorough but quick so you can get your work done and get on with your day.

    Davidson Family Dentistry
Everyone in my family and many friends go to Doctor Davidson. We've been going there for at least 15 years. Dr. D's office, built just a few years ago to accommodate his expanding clientele, is outfitted with all the latest equipment. It's personalized with many displays of Dr. D's collections from his travels and interests, including objects both whimsical and serious. A life-sized soft sculpture of a matronly woman and of the two Blues Brothers occupy permanent seats in his waiting room, along with an aquarium and a children's TV corner. Classical music plays throughout the building in the background. As you move from reception to one of the dental work stations, you pass a waterfall that cascades over stones from the 20 foot ceiling to floor. The atmosphere is elegant but the staff is very down-to-earth, friendly and welcoming. Everyone soon knows your name and interests. You belong, here. The dental care provided by Dr. D and his associates is gentle but highly skilled, professional, and very up to date. In addition to providing safe, reassuring care to central Iowa patients, Dr. D has spent many vacations providing free dental services in third world countries and has been in leadership with and one awards from multiple local and national dental professional groups. As of January 2012 he is serving as President of the Iowa Dental Association. Dr. D works alongside his son, Dr. Michael Davidson and by Dr. Amanda Vonnahme. I've been to both of them and have as much faith in them as in Dr. D. A isn't really a high enough grade for this outfit. It rates an A++.

    Colewell, Dr. Keith
My experience in the office was positive, painless, and I had my new lower denture within days.  The experience was pleasant, the service prompt, and the new denture entirely satisfactory.  Overall: a very good experience.

Motz, Dr. David,(All About Smiles, PC)
He will go over the things that will and will not work for you. He will explain so that you understand. He is a very friendly guy. His demeanor is very good. His staff is that way too. They take time with you and make sure that you are welcomed and cared for. He is closed on Wednesdays of each week. He does run longer days than most dentists. They take me right back when I arrive for my appointments. Dr. Motz is a funny guy.

I had very bad teeth that had been breaking down since I had done partials with a previous provider. Dr. Burds was very helpful in my decision to get full dentures. I had several appointments for the forms and then had the teeth extracted and the dentures were placed immediately. As expected I was uncomfortable for several days. When I experienced some issues with my mouth, Dr. Burds saw me as soon as possible, twice! He is excellent in his manner, honesty, knowledge and is upfront with costs and telling the patient what will happen next. I could not be more happy and satisfied with his services!

    Davidson Family Dentistry
I called to make an appointment and they didn't have anything available for 4 days which in some cases wouldn't be bad, but as I said I didn't have any teeth and was taking time off work because I was very self conscious and this meant that I now had to take an additional 4 days. I had a h*** of a time finding their office even though I am very familiar with the area. Their office is not visible from the main road and I drove by it two times before I got p***** and called for directions. I got there and the receptionist was very friendly and I filled out the paper work. Then I went back to see the dentist and the dental hygienist was young and not very fun or helpful. She did not make me feel comfortable about my situation at all and then the doc came in and he was no better. I was interested in implants and also wanted my dentures asap... I was told that implants would be way to expensive and that my dentures would take 4 or 5 visits over a 6 to 8 week span. WHAT!!!!! You have got to be kidding me. I didn't want gold teeth, cheese and rice. So then they come back with info from insurance and it was gonna be over $3000 after insurance and I thought that was way to expensive. I asked about their easy payment plan they bragged about and they said that I could apply but would have to be approved first. Now I was expecting the pmt plan to be in house not through a loan company as I have terrible credit and don't want anything to do with a finance company or anyone checking my credit because that can hurt your credit score and mine is bad enough. So I told them that I needed to think about it and would let them know. I went to check out and was then told that I had a $100 deductible with my insurance which I had never had before with any other dentist. So I paid the 100 bucks and the they charged be like 4 dollars and change for the visit. I'm assuming that was the balance after insurance. I left very annoyed with them because they made me feel very uncomfortable and even worse when I had to explain that my credit sucks and there is no way I could afford 3000 all at once. I also p***** because now I had wasted a total of 5 days and still had to find some place to get my dentures. I was heading home and got about 10 miles from the their office and the receptionist called me and said that they had decided that there should be no charge for my visit and could I come back so she could swipe my card to refund my money. Well this was nice but I didn't think I should have been charged in the first place when all I got was a consultation that took all of maybe 6 minutes. It was more work for me to complete the paperwork. I went back which I also wasn't too happy about. I would think that with what they charge for their services they would have the technology to refund my money without having to swipe my card. Then to top it all it took a week for my money to show back up at my bank, What the heck, the money comes out immediately but takes 7 days to get back into your account. The office was nice and the receptionist was nice but overall I was not pleased and didn't go back to them and won't.
