    Buresh Home Solutions, Inc.
My husband and I found Buresh Home Solutions through the Better Business Bureau's website. We contacted them for a quote I believe on a Thursday and they were able to send a team out that following Saturday morning. We were impressed right away with the fact that they not only sent out the owner, but also a project manager, and plumber. They were very thorough with the assessment and were able to get us a bid in about a week. We accepted the bid and within a couple days they were working on the project. In regards to the length of time the project took, we were actually slightly disappointed. There were several days where nobody would show up to work on anything even though we were told someone would be there. I realize they have plenty of jobs to work on at any given time, but it was frustrating being misled. Our project manager was very attentive to our needs and worked with us extremely well and that was very much appreciated. We had a few hiccups along the way including the fact that they forgot to caulk around our shower base and we had a significant leak that showed up a couple weeks later and had damaged a small section of our newly refurbished wood floors. It seems as though many of the hiccups were due to mis-communication between several people and details being forgotten. They were very quick to act on it, though, and it was fixed that afternoon. As a very clean person, I was very disappointed with how messy the jobsite upstairs was during the tiling of our shower. It was pretty unacceptable and there was so reason for the huge mess. We were keeping our original oak wood floors since they were in great condition and we were planning on re-doing them after it all ourselves, but we had significant water damage to a large section by the shower where the tiler did not take appropriate steps to safeguard against water damage to the floors or was just lazy. We still see the water damage after sanding/staining/varnishing. We also feel that we paid too much for the amount of work they did and the amount of material we had already provided. Overall we were pleased with their work and their customer service, however at times their attention to detail and productivity could have been greatly improved. Our master bathroom and bedroom remodel will defnitely increase the value to our home.

    Diamond Cleaning Co.
This company uses green products and brings in their own tools because they know that is how they get the best results! No tell-tale chemical odors are great, especially for those with allergies. Communication was easy; phone calls are answered or returned within a short period. I had several atypical requests. Missy offered suggestions, and we quickly came up with plans and timely appointments that accommodated my needs. The first deep cleaning was after contractor had finished so I could get my home on the market. The house was spotless, made a great impression, and sold within days. As I'm trying to get settled into my new home, I needed help again. Missy and Marcus worked arounnd projects I'd not yet completed. They came in and started working immediately, with a clear system in place. Nothing was missed! Both worked efficiently and thoroughly. I will now have them come on a regular basis. Those are at a lower cost than deep cleanings, and I am pleased with the cost, very much in line with previous companies I've worked with in different areas. That I have chosen to hire this company for the foreseeable future is testament to the quality of work and to the warm and friendly but very professional work ethic of Missy and Marcus.

The work is exceptional and the communication, stellar.  Adam and his team are amazing!  The bathroom he and his team built in my basement makes me want to redo the master as well.  Adam and his team worked very well with me and my husband to ensure that they were meeting all of our needs throughout the process.  I had received a previous bid from the original builder of my home for the same work and Adam's bid for the basement alone was $20k lower and the work is exceptional!  I can't wait for next Spring to be able to sit out on my new covered porch with my family!

She was great. VERY thorough, prompt, extremely detail oriented. i'd hire her again, and recommend her to anyone that needs tons of work done. she was fantastic. plus, her chemical-free approach was appreciated. she left, my home smelled great, sparkled, and every room was a huge improvement. it was a long day - 8-5:30 but worked very hard and had a great attitude from beginning to end.

    Sassman Glass & Mirror
iWhen the big box store couldn't actually deliver a special-order shower door that was featured in their website, our contractor suggested working with Sassman.  We're glad we did.  Sassman designed a single-piece shower door with invisible hinges. The turnaround was about 2 1/2 weeks.  The door  looks great and works perfectly.  Sassman's installers were punctual, and finished the job without fuss.  The final cost of the door plus installation was within a few dollars of what we would have paid for a similar (but not as nice looking) door from the big box store.     Highly recommended.

    Pat Edwards Remodeling
The only somewhat negative thing to say about Pat is that he can be hard to get a hold of before your project gets started. Once he's on the job he's there reliably and is better about answering messages while the project is on-going. So don't be put off if it seems like he's ignoring you initially. He's probably just busy and it's definitely worth the inconvenience to get him to do your project. Pat and his son did most of the work other than the major plumbing and electric work and the installation of shower glass. They were very professional, as were the people they brought in. Remodeling a master bath is pretty disruptive, and they did a good job of cleaning up every day and minimizing the impact. The project took about 2 weeks, not counting the time we spent waiting for shower glass to be made and installed. This has to happen last after everything else is complete so that the measurements are spot on. We couldn't be happier with the results. Some of the work exposed areas of textured drywall in the ceiling that had to be patched. The patch looked pretty bad until Pat brought in a guy who could only be called a drywall artist. He re-textured the disrupted areas and the result is incredible. On top of all this, Pat's pricing is extremely reasonable. We had estimates from other contractors for 50% more than what we paid him. He also let us do some of the work ourselves to save money, something other contractors balked at - as though this were their home and not ours. Last but not least, Pat and his son Taylor are delightful to work with. They are very personable and easy-going. They are welcome back in our home anytime.
