    Apple Retail Store
Apple has some of the greatest people working in their store.  They have great customer service and displays in the store.  The employees are very knowledgeable.  It is expensive but in this case you get what you pay for with Apple.

    All Personal Computer Repair
He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He picked up the computer and delivered it. He cleaned it, brought it back and even delivered it on a Sunday because that was what was going to be convenient for us. The quality was very good and far more reasonable than the big box stores and what they offered.

I purchased a remote starter for my wife for Christmas. This remote starter turned out to be somewhat less expensive than I expected. They also gave good service and the thing works likes a whiz and is really advantageous.

They were helpful and it was a pleasant transaction.  I used them as the person who performs the technical work for me suggested that they are reasonable.  They gave me some useful information.  Their price for a computer is reasonable.  They cater to gamers and high end business which was a little than I required.  I do not have negative against them.  I would use them again in the future.

Warren told me he could work on cleaning up the software on my computer by utilizing his services page allowing him remote access:  In about an hour's worth of time he had my computer tuned and I immediately noticed a difference.  He ordered additional memory (two dimm cards costing $35 each.)  When I looked at purchasing them for my computer online, the price from the supplier was $299.  So I was very happy when Warren told me he was able to get the memory at a much more inexpensive price.  Warren showed up at my home and spent several hours doing the service.  He works very fast and knows what he's doing.  Having worked at 7 software companies during my career, I can say he is much more competent than any of the 'in house' desktop support personnel I have had to rely upon.  Also, his prices are FAR more competitive than the services offered by the big box computer stores.  I can say this, as I relied on them to restore a previous computer.  There wasn't much to fix, but the charge and the time my computer was out of service was more than I expected, and probably should have paid. While he was here, he noticed the pull out drawer that the keyboard rests on wasn't installed properly.  While he waited for software to load, he FIXED THAT!  If you are looking for true pros who know computers inside and out, and will provide exceptional customer service and support, you should look to Ironclad Systems.

My husband and I were in the market for a new desktop computer. I started out by calling Dell, since I already have one of their desktops. Then I called Cowden Computers. I heard advertisements for this company on WHO radio (1040 on the AM dial). When we went there, Lynn educated us on the type of computer we would need considering that websites and software soon would be switching to the 64-bit format. He explained in layman's terms about what this meant and how buying a 32-bit computer would be cheaper, but it would not have as long a shelf life because of the upcoming transition to the 64-bit processor. Thanks to Lynn, we have a fast computer that will last us for a while. Had I gone with Dell, I would be regretting the purchase about now. The Dell rep didn't tell me anything about the then-inevitable switch from the 32-bit processor to the 64-bit processor. That information was invaluable. Lynn builds his computers from scratch and guarantees his products for 2 years (and you don't have to buy a service agreement to get that). Also, you can call him if you have any questions: free tech support, if you will. True to his word, right before the 2-year deadline was met, the computer needed some parts replaced and he did so at no cost.

They're great. I love them. They're knowledgeable and they're real family. They don't treat you like an idiot when you don't know them something, which is much appreciated. They were fast, efficient and took good care of my computer. They didn't have enough service people so there's a bit of a wait. They were right on time with everything.
