    Konstruct Pros LLC
We contacted numerous contractors, some with absolutely no response before we found Mike with Konstruct Pros. He was very open to our idea and was sitting in our kitchen the very next day to discuss our project. Mike was very informative and knowledgeable in every aspect of the job. He had submitted a formal bid within a week of our meeting and we already new we were going to hire him just based on his professionalism and personality. We had discussed the idea of a wet bar in our new family room with other contractors who told us lots of ways that it couldn't be done. Mike showed us the one way that it could be done. The Konstruct Pros staff were wonderful people to work with who really seemed to care about our property. The carpet was covered and the site well maintained throughout the entire process. We could not be happier with the completed product, from the framing, right down to the impeccable trim and finish work! We absolutely love our new finished basement (with wet bar) and my wife and I highly recommend Konstruct Pros for any construction project!

    Paragon Painting
The entire process went great. Paragon was very responsive during the Proposal phase and made excellent recommendations which helped us meet our budget. They showed up on-time and completed the project ahead of schedule and on budget. They did an excellent job of painting several rooms and one ceiling in the townhouse. They cleaned up after they had completed the project. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a dishwasher leak in our kitchen and Dave was referred to us by a family friend. What we thought was going to be an easy fix Dave uncovered the fact that this had been happening for sometime. Also stated he had just done one exactly like this. Our house was built in the 60's so there was a little un levelness in our kitchen. So because we could only see a little spot in the basement. Did not mean that the water had traveled all the way across our whole kitchen and was stuck in between multiple layers of flooring growing mold that we could not see. YUCK.
Dave advised us to contact our insurance company and there adjuster and that he would like to personally meet him here at our home.
Dave's recommendation was that the entire kitchen flooring ,plywood, and all of our cabinetry would have to be removed to open up the areas that had the mold to be able to remove it.
At first we were scared thinking Isn't there another way. An easier way of which there was not.
Dave met with our adjuster and to our surprise the adjuster agreed with Dave. Dave uses the same software as our insurance company does to write a claim so he even wrote the whole claim for the adjuster.
My next worry was that ahh great I have a $1,200 deductible that I am going to have to pay. Dave payed the deductible and we were ecstatic.
From the time of demolition start to the last day Dave was amazing. He went to Lowes with us at night to pick out all of our cabinetry, counter tops, floors, trim, paint, everything. We really appreciated that as our house was older and we knew Dave was more educated in the new modern touch's we wanted to bring into our new kitchen.
We went from old Oak cabinets to a beautiful dark mahogany that just has a wow factor. New double deep stainless steal sink that we just love with a touch controlled faucet.
We put linoleum back down as it was what we had and between us all we agreed that a new tile/ stone look would accentuate our new cabinets perfectly and it does.
There was an ordering issue with our flooring that pushed us back a week that we were not extremely excited about because we were still living in our home and it's just stressful having everything being re-done is just a lot .Either a technical error/ salesmen error Dave says what can I do to make you guy's happy i'm extremely sorry about the delay? Before we could say hey stuff happens no biggie he say's how's about I put new carpet in your living room this week while we are waiting on the linoleum out my my pocket? We both said no Dave you don't have to do that of which he refused and stated the carpet was old and he wanted from the front door to the kitchen brand new before he was gone and sure enough it was.

Dave is grateful guy that cares . He has a great bunch of men that work for him that also care.
. When you ask about his job site foreman you'll be in for a laugh because it is him.

    Mid States Carpenters Group Corporation
He made a trip to store every time he needed something. Wasn't smart enough to make a list for the day. Of course, he needed to be paid for his time. Told him he wasted his time and my money. I received 2-3 more attempts to let him do it for me. Asked how culpable he thought I was. This is what I want done. His business removed from Angies list and my letter posted for everyone to see. I intend to take him to small claims court for $5000. I'm 75 years old and it's all I can do to keep from reporting it to the t.v. news. It's not like I have money to burn. I feel you should have checked his work ethics more thoroughly. I bought his services through an Angie's List special. $500 work for $250. I was only going to use him to update my previous home which he might have been capable of doing but an opportunity to buy a house closer to my children came up and it had too many problems for him to efficiently handle. All he saw was an older lady with money to spend. I have witnesses for most of the major occurrences. He also made several derogatory remarks about my movers through 2 men and truck which were totally false. I would hire definitely hire them again. I would appreciate anything you can do to rectify this major problem. Feel free to call me and discuss this before I take it to court.

    Perfection Painting

They had given us a time that they would be here and they were right on time.  They did an awesome job.  They weren't dragging doing their job they got right to work.  Very professional they didn't mind if we asked questions they took time out to answer us.  They were Very polite and they cleaned up everything before they had left.  I was simply amazed at the work they did, you couldn't ask for better because that was the best!!!  I would recommend them to all my friends and I plan on using the again

All Trades Construction and Maintenance Inc

It went really wonderful he was very professional, he was really good as I wanted to paint the bathroom before he would put the tiling up and of course the baseboard.  I know when he gave me his estimate it was good but the poor thing I kept adding more stuff for him to do.  But he never got upset he said he would do it and he did.  I was so thankful that I got him to do the work he also suggested things and I would go along with because his ideas were better not to say he forced his ideas on to me that was not what went on now he didn't  I'm a single woman and I have dealt with contractors and it hasn't been good as my boyfriend would be there and instead of talking to me they would talk to him and he would just have to tell them that I was the one  paying them they needed to talk to me.  Not once did I get that from Todd which I was so grateful for.  He always explained what he was going to do and it didn't matter how many questions I asked he would answer them.  All in All I plan to hire him again for my kitchen and look forwards to his help.

    Gripp Painting & Drywall
From the very beginning Ryan was extremely responsive to give us a quote for the project. For us this was a great undertaking because it was such a large project. Ryan made us at ease that he had everything under control and we were very impressed about him being punctual and how he communicated. From start to finish he kept in touch with us and I truly think we couldn't have found someone better to do the job. I highly recommend him and hope you try him as well.

    Paragon Painting
I have painted walls in the past in homes we've lived in and I never did as good a job as Paragon painting did for us.  Even when you tape the woodwork there is always some that gets on the wood and you can see it later. . . and it just looks unprofessional. Then there are wall nicks you miss and notice later.  It has now been more than a week since the job was completed. Furniture has been moved back and it looks perfect. The woodwork is so clean it appears as if the walls were painted first and then the woodwork placed, just as it was done when the house was built. I actually became a bit obsessed by how good it was.  I began looking for things that were wrong or missed and I found nothing.  Jeremy was a very hard worker, pleasant to work with, rarely took a break, he was neat, finished the work is less time than estimated,  and did a fantastic job.  He even reconnected my television and hung it back on the wall.  What a pleasant surprise.  You can't go wrong with paragon painting.  I can't recommend paragon painting more highly.

    Affordable Professional Painting
After getting in over our heads with some home improvements, my husband called Chris midweek to set up an estimate for paint removal. Chris returned his call within 24 hours and set up a meeting to check out the room and get an estimate for a couple days later. On Saturday, I met Chris at the house and he recommended smoothing over the wall rather than stripping the paint. He gave us an estimate for repairing the wall and also for painting the room. After sharing my concerns about the room being ready before we moved in a week and a half later, Chris assured me he could start on Monday and return daily until the work was done (before the end of the next week). We had a couple other appointments set up for estimates, but since Chris was offering a fair price and could meet our rime constraints, we called him back the same day to hire him for both wall repair and painting the room. Chris started work on Sunday and was finished by Tuesday afternoon. Time from the initial call to work being done was exactly one week. Chris was very professional, communicated updates to us each day, and cleaned up when he was done. He is very trustworthy; he did most of the work when my husband and I were not at the house and requested payment only after the work had been done. In my husband's words, Chris is and quot;a class act.and quot; If we need these services again in the future, we will certainly be giving Chris a call and recommend him to others as well.

    Scott's Home Renewal
With such a big project.  Andy and his team did an amazing job for us.  They cleaned up after each day.  All there subcontracters were very easy to work with  . Andy did a good job communicating with us what was next.  We had a few bumps that slowed the project down waiting for cabinets to come in, but that is to be expected.   Andy and his dad also refinished our kitchen cabinets.  What an amazing difference.   We also had new hand rails put in.  Turned out very nice.
We highly reccomend Scott's Home Renewel.   He also did a few extras that he didn't charge us.
