  • Our experience with Bob was so bad that I have to come on here and add more...I wish I would have done more homework on this guy. He's ended up costing us hundreds more (possibly thousands - we'll find out tomorrow). He's a "friend of a friend" and he installed a new AC and Heater in a rental unit my brother and I own. I paid in full, immediately. But like previous reviews Bob did not complete the MidAmerican rebate paperwork in a timely fashion. Over the course of MONTHS I called him and emailed him - to no avail. Finally, we called him every 5 minutes until he picked up...took about 5 attempts. He promised he would fill out the paperwork and send it in, but after another month we had nothing and no communication from Bob. Finally, after about a total of 4 months I connected with a newly hired admin. She said that they had the paperwork completed (and apologized, to her credit), but they just hadn't submitted it. After 6 months we finally got our rebate. But it gets better...we started having issues with our brand new heater. So we called Bob to let him know and he scheduled a time with the tenant to come out. He never called us back or returned our phone calls to let us know what he did to the heater. Our tenants let us know that they were still having an issue so we called Bob again. Again he went out and "did something," but did not tell us what he did. The 3rd time the tenants let us know that the heater was still not working properly we called Bob and he said, "I don't do business with you." I let him know that he cashed a check with our names on it and we've been talking to him the entire time. He said, "I don't know about that. But I don't do business with you." Totally fine with us. He's incompetent at best. We ended up calling Holt (GREAT COMPANY!) and within 4 hours they provided me with more information than Bob did in months. The short version - Holt let us know that replacing parts was just a waste of time - the unit was fine. That particular unit probably should have never been installed given our house's exhaust system (which Bob should have been well aware of). So in the end, it's costing us more (a lot more) to get the house heated properly and we will never use Bob Oliver again.

  • We contacted numerous contractors, some with absolutely no response before we found Mike with Konstruct Pros. He was very open to our idea and was sitting in our kitchen the very next day to discuss our project. Mike was very informative and knowledgeable in every aspect of the job. He had submitted a formal bid within a week of our meeting and we already new we were going to hire him just based on his professionalism and personality. We had discussed the idea of a wet bar in our new family room with other contractors who told us lots of ways that it couldn't be done. Mike showed us the one way that it could be done. The Konstruct Pros staff were wonderful people to work with who really seemed to care about our property. The carpet was covered and the site well maintained throughout the entire process. We could not be happier with the completed product, from the framing, right down to the impeccable trim and finish work! We absolutely love our new finished basement (with wet bar) and my wife and I highly recommend Konstruct Pros for any construction project!

  • They are always punctual, on time, very courteous, and they cover everything that they check and go over all the readings and reports with me. Just one worker comes out. It takes 20 minutes to half a hour to complete the work, it just depends.

  • Our experiences with Service Legends has been superb at this time. Curtis (salesperson) was pleasant appeared knowledgable and was in no way pushy which I appreciated. He presented us with several options which we discussed before our decision was made. The crew which came to clean our ducts (which we decided to do before installing the new units) were personable, felt knowledgable, and made my wife and I feel like they wanted to be there helping us. The crew who installed our furnace and AC showed the same professionalism and demeanor as everyone else we had worked with. They double checked the work, discussed my wishes, and were great about answering questions as they day went on. All in all I have been very satisfied with Service Legends at this time.

  • It went great from the initial phone call to the work being finished.  The General Manager came out to my fathers house right away, gave him an estimate within his budget and the work was done the next day.  The technician Bryan did a great job !!!  I cannot tell you how happy and satisfied my 86 year old father is !!

  • I started by submitting a RFP to five respected suppliers. Evaluated them all on as level a plane as possible and selected the best with weighting heavy on price (but not entirely). It was a long wait due to prior commitments on their part. In reflection, It all went well. I had carefully laid out expectations and requirements. They were responsive to them, not argumentative as I feared they might be. They seemed to reflect the attitude that the customer is always right (even when wrong). I did have a question on chimney flue sizing that they were responsive to in a non condescending way, which I appreciate. They met all of my rather demanding requirements and did so in a professionally responsive manner. there were no surprise charges when the job was done. We still await the Mid America rebates however.

  • Nothing! Their website states they have "true" 24 hours emergency service. Called and they asked all kind of questions just to find out the next available service date was November 27th which is Thanksgiving day??? Seriously would you go without heat for 14 days??? How is this considered "true" emergency service???

  • They have always treated me great and I love them. I love the work that they do and they have always been fair and honest just like their name. I have been a customer with them for about 6-7 years now. They are not the cheapest in town but you get what pay for.

  • Someone came to our home, looked at our basement situation, explained thoroughly how a mitigation system works, told us what they could provide and gave us the cost. We had sent in a radon kit earlier and the level was 13.1. Two men came from Neighbors Heating and Cooling to install the radon system and a new sump pump. They were knowledgeable and polite, and completed the system in a few hours. We sent in a second radon kit and the level was less than .6.
