FI got one person (Tyson the owner) along with 4-5 guys that looked like and acted like they were hired off the corner and no knowledge of how to roof properly. During the tear off they didn't put down any tarps there for still picking nails out of the yard. The shingles were just thrown off roof to the ground where the trampled my flower garden, broke a light off of my deck, ripped gutters off the roof, and scratched the siding along with tar on the siding. The shingles sat on my wood deck with no tarp under it with it being 90 plus degrees out side, which left tar all over my deck. There was no clean up when they were done I had to do it all myself. The gutters were clogged with old chunks of shingles, nails and tar paper. He was $1000 cheaper than all other quotes, so I would say pay the extra to have a PROFESSIONAL do it. The cement work I had him do was the same, no-one knew what they were doing. He attempted twice on a 22x24 sq ft cement patio, Never turned out level or look good. Fired him before starting the 14x90 sq ft driveway. ALL IN ALL HE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL, NONE OF HIS WORKERS HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT OR HOW TO DO THE WORK!!!!!

FI was very disappointed in my experience with Stonebrook Roofing. I originally contacted them about looking at some storm damage, with the intention of having them repair any damage and then price out a full roof replacement. I went round and round for months trying to get an estimate and kept getting the brush off. I would call the individual I was working with to ask if he'd had a chance to look at the roof to get me an estimate and I'd get a response about how busy he was, but a promise that'd he'd get over to look at it tomorrow. The next day would come and go with no response. This went on for a couple of months. I finally gave up on the guy I was working with and called the main office where I was able to speak to someone else. They finally did get somebody out to the house to look at the damage I needed repaired and said they would get somebody out there to take care of it. They only made half the repairs and sent me a bill for all the repairs. I called and asked if they planned on finishing the job and was told they would send somebody out right away. A couple of weeks go by and the job still wasn't finished. I finally called and asked them to update the bill I had received for half the job (I was willing to pay for the work they did do) and informed them that I would no longer need their services. A Stonebrook employee called me back and in a very confrontational tone told me that they couldn't believe I wasn't giving them a chance to do the job. I gave them almost six months to get the job done right and they never delivered. The lack of customer service and responsiveness was very disappointing and I would not recommend using Stonebrook for your roofing needs.

FProjects never got off the ground- no response from him after the first visit. He would not call back. Too busy, possibly with other things in his life- we were not the only ones who had this problem. Potentially changing careers and this is a sideline I believe he is very good at what he does, but if you are interested in a timely project, he is not the person to hire.

BWe called Diversified Water to begin our project in October. We wanted a specific window, that Jack ordered through a local hardware store. They arrived to do the work November 26th, due to delays in the window order. I inspected the window before they were ready to install it and noticed it was the incorrect window. Jack reordered the window at the hardware store's expense, due to their error. The remainder of the work was complete January 23. The plastic window well cover was delivered February 2nd. The photo we were shown of the window well appears white in color and the well installed is a tan color. This was not a quick project, due to the hardware store and window manufacturer. Diversified Water completed the project as they stated and for the cost quoted. We do not have any other windows needing egress windows.
