    Giesler, Dr. Melanie L.
She came highly recommended for young children. She informed us of what was going on and kept us informed of the procedure.

Dr Bayon performed the surgery. Dr. Milhem was the oncologist and Dr Carryn was the radiologist. Dad's face/surgery area looks great. All 3 doctors took into consideration what was in his best interest and were very staightforward with treatment details and expectations. All 3 doctors had amazing bedside manners and spoke in layman's terms so we could understand everything easily. We could not have asked for better treatment and results.

I've been going here for 14 years, and never had any problems. They answer any questions or concerns I have, and I've been a child wearer for over 35 years! Great place to go and get the assistance you need!

Great. They have a fabulous Same Day Surgery Center that is vey modern and up to date. The whole procedure fom beginning to end literally took 15 minutes. I recommend Dr. Maschka. He's wonderful.

    Kenny, Dr. Thomas J.
He was pretty good. His staff was kind of not so nice, but he was good. He was thorough, and he was a good surgeon too. His office was very nice. There were a couple of staff members who weren’t so nice, but that was 3 years ago. He did a good quality work. I would use him again in the future; in fact, I have an appointment with him next week.

    Medical Associates Clinic
This Medical associates in Clinton, Iowa is a loading zone for quacks...their billing practices are unethical and there are no real professionals who work there.

    Giesler, Dr. Melanie L.
First office visit she had me have a hearing test which proved my hearing was good at that time. She did a visual of my ears and diagnosed me with eczema in both ears and put me on medicine for 1 month. She also had a student training in the room with us which made me very uncomfortable and I felt that she was more interested in training him then diagnosing my problem. After being on the medicine for one month and not improving I made another appointment with her because the pain was getting worse and after 1 month I was having dizziness and a lot of drainage, so back again I went and this time I requested politely to her nurse that a student not be in the room with us..I think this upset her. She did a culture of both ears and after waiting 4 days for the results and not hearing from her office I had to call to get the results myself which did show that I had an ear infection, she had her nurse call me and started me on EXTERNAL ANTIBIOTIC EAR DROPS , told me to make another appointment to come back in in 7 days if meds didn't work.... at the end of 7 days.....by then I was getting sicker, I made another office visit with her just as I was told to do if the problem persisted and she still refused to do anything other than clean one ear .Then she started to become outright rude as if it was my fault that she misdiagnosed me. I insisted both ears had the exact same symptoms why clean just one? At this point I was getting sicker and the infection was now into my throat and lungs.. and she insisted that I have another costly hearing test but I told her that I didn't need another costly hearing test to know that I was losing my hearing, felt like I had cotten in both ears, I think this upset her for me to not have the hearing test even though I told her that my co-payments were getting expensive along with these visits and a hearing test was useless at this point. She was going to put me on antibiotics but changed her mind and she said very sarcasticlly that she had changed her mind about putting me on antibiotics and that this way I wont have to pay a co-payment for the antibiotics, which I felt she was making a mockery of me because I had refused the second hearing test due to co-payments racking up! The second culture came back negative ,dont know why it was negative but just the same I was still having the same problems getting worse and although she knew this she had her secretary call and tell me if I had anymore problems with this to make yet ANOTHER appointment! Several appointmnts were made with this Melenie Giesler at medical associates in Clinton Iowa .... she was rude ...had me keep going back...and wouldn't address the obvious infection in my ears . She even cancelled a couple of my appointments...very unprofessional and what a nightmare! I ended up finding another doctor who saw much infection in both of my ears and am being treated and am finally getting well after two months of nothingness with Dr. Melenie Gielser. The bottom line here is that this Melenie Geisler is a D.O. ,FOLKS BEWARE OF THIS AS THEY MAY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE SHE IS A MD My current ENT is A Board certified ENT MD and what a difference!
