APreferred Pest Management IncThey were building up under the gutter. There are still a few hanging around. You plant flowers and you're supposed to have bees. What's out there right now, I can live with. They're not swarming around me. I am allergic to bees. I guess the pricing was alright. I haven't had to call them back. He didn't have enough oil, so he had to go back and start over. They came right away, but when he got here, he didn't have enough material to do the job. But, he came back as soon as he got the oil. I didn't have to wait too long. But my grandson couldn't be out there either because they were bugging him.- Elizabeth M.

AFamily Pest Control LLCMike is our service tech and he is amazing! He is always very courteous he always gives us a call a few days prior to our service day. When he arrives he is always very professional and does a thorough job. He is willing to answer any and all our questions. We have had only one time that we have needed to call him back to do an additional service (it was very early after we began service) and that was in the fall when the asian beetles were in full force, Mike came the very next day and took care of the bugs with a smile on his face and an apology for us having an issue. We have not had any issues in the year or so after. I am extremely happy with Family Pest Control. You couldn't make a better choice for your Pest Control provider.- Daryl J.

BI called during the summer, and he came out to do an ititial assesment. He helped me figure out where bats were getting into the living area and gave me information on how to prevent it. He explained that it is not a good idea to remove the bats from the attic until fall when the pups are able to fly. Otherwise, the pups will die inside your house, when the mothers are removed. He asked for a deposit of 1/2 of his quote to get on his list for a return visit in the fall. He said he would come back, ensure all of the bats were out and seal any entrances.
I was a little disappointed in the communication when fall came around, as he never contacted me about when he was going to come back. However, when I called him to ask about it, he returned my call promptly and we got everything set up.
I obviously won't know how good of a job he did sealing the house until next year when I find out if the bats came back. However, he gives a five year guarantee. Based upon his responsiveness so far, I have no doubt that he will stand behind that guarantee.

BI think we're going to get rid of them. I feel like we're getting grass to grow and there are some weeds that they've haven't been able to get rid of. We've been using them for two years. I haven't gotten a bill, but typically they're like $45.
