BNorwalk Family DentistryNorwalk Family Dentistry has done a good job (so far) with my normal dental appointments/services. The staff are generally friendly and work to make you feel comfortable. The only exception I have with the practice is their punctuality. Having now been there 3 times, I don't believe I've ever been 'called back' for my appointment on time. I'm always 10-15 minutes later than the scheduled time.Since I arrive 5-10 minutes early, I always get to spend 15-20 minutes cooling my heels in the waiting room. Yes, it's not a lot of wasted time, but it's enough to notice. On the other hand, when I presented w/o having taken a pre-medicament, they were flexible getting me back in a second time to complete the exam/cleaning. I'm still waiting to see how their billing and charge schedules will compare with my insurance coverage.

ANorwalk Family DentistryWe saw a specific dentist. This was the first time we went there and I don't remember her name. My experience with them was positive. They made the whole dental experience comfortable. Not only were the dental hygienists and the dentists were very experienced but also when I went back into the rooms, I even had a massage sitting on my chair. They had a T.V. to keep your mind off what they were doing, which was actually great because my daughter who is fifteen doesn't like the dentist either and it just kind of distracted her from even the teeth cleaning that they were doing. They were all-around; they really were on top of things. They were very good. I would use their services again in the future.- Julie S.
