FWanted to share the experience of my first season with A+ Lawn and Landscape. The summary is that they broke my brand-new planter box on their first visit this spring and 7 months later it’s still unresolved. 1) They break the planter and say nothing. Accidents happen, maybe they didn’t know they hit it, and I reach out to A+ for resolution. They offer to buy a replacement and we’re all good. 2) Months go by and no replacement. They change their offer to some free lawn applications. Not what I wanted, but it’s too late in the season for my planter box, so I agree. 3) First free service comes, they charge me. Second free service comes, they charge me. To actually get those credits applied to my account for these first two applications took dozens of emails back and forth. 4) Then they actually charged my card on file for the “free services” and it took me multiple emails and weeks to get the money back. 5) Third free service arrives about 5 months in. Not only did they fail to waive it as promised – they start harassing me with letters and texts about non-payment. 6) I reach out through the website to escalate my issue. No response. 7) I reach out again advising that I am contacting the BBB and other consumer bureaus and they suddenly respond. I again ask for an explanation and it’s been 7 days without response. To be fair, the people who have actually come to our house and performed services have been kind and done nice work. However, in our first year together A+ broke our property, failed to deliver their resolution, then failed to deliver their alternative resolution repeatedly, and still no explanation. Today I cancelled my contract and filed multiple complaints with consumer protection bureaus. Also, sharing with you all as in the hopes that this factual account helps you avoid a similar situation

AConnor and crew did a wonderful job! There were lots of issues with the fencing provider I chose, delivering their products in a timely manner. But A-Z was very patient and worked with me, to make sure the fence was installed soon after we had all of the materials on hand and before the ground was frozen. They were very professional, reasonably priced and the fencing looks fantastic, and now my dogs are safer. I would definitely hire these guys again to do work around my home. Thank You A-Z and Angie's List for a job excellently done!

DCAUTION - when relying on Issac We needed our chimney rebuilt. Issac estimated it and finally we received a starting date. After, working an hour he said the job was too big for him. (some damage to our metal pieces). We request that he would paint it after we find another handyman. Once done he came back and quoted over $100 an hour to paint the chimney. He kept push us out on his calendar. We dropped him. He had us paid for the hour that he worked on the Chimney before exiting. Very poor communication if we are scheduled? If he is starting on the day he last told us? Problem answering texts.

AA+ Lawn & LandscapeThis was such a convenient way to get my lawn mower a needed tune up and blade sharpening. Price was comparable to other places where I would've had to take the mower in but I didn't have to haul my mower anywhere - A+ came to my house, took the mower on their trailer, completed the work and put the mower back in my shed when they were done. Ran much better afterwards (had been stalling out previously) and the blade sharpening made a big difference. I'll likely have them come out annually and do this same service.- Mike M.

ATHE MOWER SHOP REPAIR & SERVICEdetermined cause of problem was a spring. Changed oil & did not sharpen blade. Was not charged for spring tune-up as one was not needed. (Blade was sharp) Work was promised in 2 weeks and was ready 4 days early.- Sharon C.

AKRUMM SALES & SVCI own a Snapper mower that has been a lemon since the day I brought it home. After experiencing starting problems from the second time I used the mower I returned it to where I bought it for warranty service. The vendor pronounced that nothing was wrong with the mower and continued to maintain there was nothing to fix. So for two years my wife and I fought this mower tooth and claw to get it to start, a process sometimes taking up to 30 minutes. Finally the mower refused to start at all, the drive mechanism destroyed a bearing and I turned to Krumm's for help. They were quick, professional, and courteous. When I went to pick up the mower I noticed that among the many problems they had fixed they missed one. They were quick to admit that they had made a mistake and made it a priority to complete the service promptly. When I returned home with my mower it started and operated better than it had when new. I will definitely return to Krumm's for any problems with my mower or show blowers in the future.- Richard G.
