    I have back problems so had to try out several mattresses and chairs before we found one that I was comfortable on. They were very patient and helpful. We actually changed our mind on the chair after they had it rung up-found one that was more comfortable.

    They are local.  They are small and I have used them 12+- years.  They start at the lowest quality and go all the way up to the highest quality.  The salesmen show you different styles to choose from and let you choose.  I wanted some lamps and they searched their catalog and Google to see if they could get it for us.  I would use them again and recommend them.

    The chairs are awesome, they were priced substantially less than Homemakers in Des Moines and the order time was the same. Will be buying more carpet this year as well! An A++++++++ experience everytime and will continue to do business with.

    Homemakers Furniture Inc
    The items arrived on time and were carefully delivered into our home. The delivery men were professional. A day or two after delivery, we discovered the cocktail table had a defect. We contacted Homemakers, and they delivered a replacement and removed the damaged piece, at no charge to us. Overall, we were very happy with their service

    Only problem is you are not able to buy today and take home your new purchase because you have to wait for it to come in from Sioux Falls, which is generally the next day, but when you live an hour away it is not convenient.  Suspect that the sales people get paid on  commission basis because they almost trample you as you come in the door.  Otherwise, we have been happy with our purchases from them.

    We had to pay for the mattress on the day we placed the order, they came out and delivered it about 4 days later. We slept on that mattress for 24 days/nights and told them we were dissatisfied. They then brought us another mattress on the 30th day and it was worse than the first. We had moved into an assisted living facility and that is why we bought the mattress, we know of several others that have purchased from them and are unhappy. We tried to get them to come out and measure the mattress as they provide replacement if the depth is less than 1.5 inches. During that time, we were moved to another room and the mattress was turned end for end. They did come out to measure and said it was more than 1.5 inches deep. On the 221st day, we returned the mattress to them. I later received a letter from the company claiming that I had lied about having permission to bring it to them. Our credit card payment to them is currently in dispute as they did not follow their service guarantee and we were dissatisfied. When they exchanged the mattress the first time, we were told that they would be happy to help us with any future problems. We told them at that time if this second mattress does not work out we won't want another one but would want a refund. During the 221 days we had tried to get them to come out and measure again, but they never did. I had made dozens and dozens of calls to them and was told that I needed to speak to Jennifer, the owner, but we were only able to speak with her once. She told us that a refund was not an option. They said that they did not need to measure because they were going to give us another mattress, but we said we do not want another mattress just our money back. They are unwilling to provide any refunds. The help was very nice.
