    Absolutely Clean LLC
    Sadly I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Absolutely Clean. I was sooooo excited to have this done...almost giddy. Initially it was hard to get calls back to schedule the appointment. The OWNER sent me an email which was completely rude but I overlooked that since the Sales Manager was a freakin��� delight. For a deep clean of my condo it took them an outrageous amount of time to do a **** poor job of even a regular cleaning. They missed so many things. I took pictures to show these items and sent them to Absolutely Clean. The Sales Manager was very upset about what she saw...the OWNER apparently was not. They provided an absolutely absurd total cost for this ���cleaning���. They stated they cleaned under the boys bed, picked up toys...nope and nope. Allllllllll toys, cupboard items and decor was removed PRIOR to the appointment. They said they cleaned 3 containers of cat litter.............ummmmmmm there was only ONE EMPTY cleaned out storage container and the litter boxes were not even in the house or a cleaning area. They were suppose to clean window tracks....they did one window. They said they cleaned base boards....not so much. There was dust left, areas in the bathrooms missed, pretty much every corner in the house was missed. I will give them kudos that my refrigerator does look amazing. You would think a locally owned business would have wonderful customer service...in this case that did NOT happen. Again the staff and Sales Manager were lovely to work with. The OWNER was beyond rude, condescending and does not run her business in a favorable fashion. At the end I asked for a refund. She would not. She was actually going to charge me to have the ladies come back to actually do their job. The Sales Manager finally offered to have the ladies come out for free. Butttt again I would have to leave my house for an extended period of time. So beyond frustrating. I can���t stress enough how disgusting of an experience this was. Normally I would not provide this feedback on social media but I have never had such an inappropriate and unprofessional experience. I would normally think ���oh they must be having bad day��� and not think much of it. This was dayssssss and multiple communications. So no. They get no pass from me.

    Actually Clean Carpets
    It was horrible. Actually Clean "misplaced" all of our electronics, stole my kids' piggy banks, my jewlery, took advantage of our insurance company and did a horrendous job of rebuilding our home. They left screws and nails all over our yard (we have kids and animals) and fought us the whole way through to correct their mistakes or poor job. DO NOT USE ACTUALLY CLEAN!

    I overheard a conversational exchange between the main person, Curtis, and his helper that arrived after him as, "What the ****, etc.". The carpets were cleaned and the spots were lighter than before but not gone. He recommended putting fans on to help speed the drying process. We stepped through the rooms afterward while the carpet was still wet and pushed down and they said they were done. I turned on the ceiling fans in the rooms and opened Windows. I also placed a floor fan in the hallway. They added on an additional fee for the hallway because their "normal" is 20 feet and my hallway was 30 feet. The coupon did not specify there was a length restriction. Only thing mentioned was a room constituted 300 sqft or less, which one room was 12x20 and the other 11x12, well under the 600 sqft and they couldn't do 30 sqft more for the advertised price? Anyway, when I walked in the rooms later that evening, I was VERY surprised to find a 2" x 2" section of bare carpet in my formal living room. It wasn't even in a corner, but near the middle of the floor, in front of the bay window. This was not there before the carpet was cleaned. I immediately called the company and took pictures. It was after hours on a Friday evening but I left a message about this issue. On Monday morning I was contacted by Jamie and she said Curtis would follow up with me, which he did. He came back the next evening and we agreed the spot was not there before he cleaned the carpet. He walked me through all of the equipment and chemicals and denied responsibility. He even suggested our dog dug the hole over the weekend. He said he would not do anything about it and recommended I call Carpetland, which wasn't the first time he brought them into the conversation. He offered their services to me before he ever cleaned the carpet as well and again before he left that day. I didn't get any other follow up phone call the next day so I called back and Jamie had Curtis return the call. He was very rude on the phone and reiterated that he was not going to take responsibility in any way for what happened to the carpet. He said he was the manager, had been doing this for 11 years and the owners would stand behind him. He insinuated that I cut the fibers out of the rug and that I was trying to pull a fast one. He said there wasn't anything more to talk about because our conversation wasn't going anywhere. I told him that I would not use their services again, nor would I recommend them. He hung up the phone on me. I would certainly NOT recommend using this company at all!!

    After receiving confirmation of scheduling and providing them a brief description of the work I'd like done, I was expecting them to come out this morning in the time-window that we had agreed upon. They did not show up, and despite my attempts at calling them and emailing them, they have not reached out.

    American Dream Carpet Cleaning
    Bill and his crew did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet. They identified the pet urine spots in the dark carpet and removed those. The pet odor is gone! I have used American Dream for my carpet cleaning at our other home also and they got out stains and cleaned the carpet beautifully! Their state of the art equipment is much more effective than other carpet cleaner's equipment that I used prior to finding American Dream. He is very professional, caring and conscientious.

    The franchise manager was responsive and gave us confidence that they would be providing great weekly service. He told us to let him know if anything went wrong and he would fix it immediately. The first visit was disappointing. The hard wood floors and kitchen appliances were very good, but the tile floors in our home were not cleaned well at all. They "deep-cleaned" the master bath, but it had streaks all over and the light fixtures had large amounts of streaked dust on them. There were also obvious streaks all over the master bath tile floor and the glass shower. We have a very well-kept home and were hoping that the cleaning would really polish off the already-clean environment we had, but instead it was less clean than if we had done it ourselves. On top of that, they cleaning person was at our residence for five hours, leaving exactly on the hour, which seems strange since they don't charge us by the hour. We were also disappointed to notice a large spot of car oil soaked into our new driveway from the cleaning person's car. We immediately called the franchise manager and left a message, but he never returned our call. We cancelled the cleaning service entirely and will never consider them again due to the lack of follow-up customer service.

    I had a Groupon.  Without that it would of cost 118.00.  My cost was 64.00

    It is easier to say what wasn't done.  Not done was cleaning of the wheels, clay bar and wax.  Running my hand over the surface felt very rough and was not smooth if they had done what I paid for and was advertised. 

    I hand washed my vehicle one week later and seen that the water never beaded up.  Went out and bought some applicators and a cleaner / wax and used on a small area. The white applicator turned black and the area I worked on was smooth as glass.  Just how the entire vehicle should of been had I got the service that was advertised and I paid for.

    Lesson learned.  If you want it done right do it yourself.

    The owner, Joann, did most of the work herself and accommodated the cleaning on short notice.  She did a super, incredible job deep cleaning the house that was lived-in for 40+ years.  It truly shines now and is ready for a buyer.  We and our realtor were extremely pleased with her work and results.

    They did an excellent job.  Very satisfied.  They even buffed out a small mark I put in the clear coat from a chopping cart accident.  I was so happy to have that mark fixed.  Didn't eve ask them.
    Only real issue was they used way too much armorall on y floor mats.  I was slipping in my seat when I would get in for a few weeks.  Other than that they missed a few spots of wax that needed to be wiped off.  But very satisfied.

    Great!  Much better than hoped for. House was left in a less than clean condition when vacated. Windows R Us arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the entire house. I would highly recommend them, a great job and very professional. A great value!
