My mother in law found a used camper here they really liked. She drove over 2 hours to go look at it. Tom (the owner) helped her with the transaction. I advised her the questions she needed to ask while looking at this unit. She liked the camper but it had a few minor flaws being the flooring in kitchen was cracked and peeled up and plastic skirting around wheel well on was side was missing and the tin was bent up from a prior blowout. She tried to negatioate price but he refused to budge any at all. She asked if he would throw a hitch into the deal due to her current hitch missing parts and he refused to give any assistance on a hitch as well. Another major problem was this unit was advertised on there website with a 60 day warranty and when Tom was questioned about this he said that if it was on the website it was a mistake. A check for full price was wrote for the camper. I went the next day to pick up unit and was greeted by Tom at the front desk and his wife which works up front as well. The camper was outside shop being “ran through”. I told Tom I planned on leaving a review based on how this transaction was going to be completed and expressed my concerns in a professional manner. Tom yelled at me to go outside and he followed me out the door. He proceeded to scream at me and tell me I would be held criminally accountable for slander against his company...? I informed Tom that I had taken pictures of the website proving he had offered it with warranty and this only upset him more and he still refused to honor it. Ended up he was trying to fight me and had to be held back by his wife and dragged back inside. All because I said I would leave a review! To top everything off I pulled camper straight to the lake and set it up and they hadn’t even emptied the black tank as it was half full!! I personally know of 4 other couples who have done business here and said they will never go back. One couple had the same thing with an advertised warranty and they refused to honor it. Another couple bought a new fifth wheel and have been trying for a couple years to get it into there shop for warranty work but they are always to busy. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t spend a dollar at the dishonest company. If you do decide to pay full price for a camper you mistakenly buy you will be thanked by a poor attempt at a fist fight in the parking lot.
