    Poor service, two of the doctors missed the fact that it was a sinus infection, ordered expensive study ( MRI) and refused to "call in a favor" to a specialist, despite the fact that my child was in severe pain. I don't see it as calling in a favor when you ask for a child with headaches be seen by a neurologist! Staff became hostile when I pushed for care! I had been going to this office for several years prior to this, turns out an ongoing problem I had was missed also. Very unhappy with care here, it it fine if you are just going for well patient care and don't cause them any problems.

    Overall good experience with the hospital.  With good directions from the nurse, it was easy to find the parking ramp and suite we were looking for.  Starbucks, McDonalds on site, as well as the hospital cafeteria.

    I had been passing blood and damaged bladder tissue as a result of some radiation therapy ten years ago. The volume of blood was quite pronounced and the damaged tissue routinely restricted my ability to empty my bladder. Dr. Stephanie Pothoven is simply fabulous. She is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and very skillful with the procedures performed. The ordeal described above lasted approximately four weeks. While it was very disconcerting, Dr. Pothoven was reassuring and laid out the courses of action along the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Pothoven.

    We follow him around. Dr. Jones really cares about our family. He goes above and beyond just going into the office. We have continued to use care because we are so pleased. He is fantastic. If you call, they will call you right back. They are very prompt with getting back with you. I have never had a problem.

    I would not say that the response time is good. The physicians are highly qualified and professional but the timeliness even with an appointment in not good. The wait time is generally over half an hour even with an appointment. The staff is very good. The doctors and nurses are very professional.

    I went there after speaking to Dr. Dornbier regarding treatment throughout my pregnancy. I felt very comfortable in their office. They really worked with me to get scheduling when I needed my apt's and ultrasounds. They were more than happy to let my parents and husband come to the apt's or ultra sounds. Lee his nurse is amazing. Even in the most awkward of situations made me feel very safe and calm.
    Going through my first pregnancy he was available all hours and would answer his phone. He would calm me down, help me understand what was going on, and tell me what to do.
    Delivery day was awesome, he really listened to what I wanted, what I was concerned with, and follow up.
    I would recommed this practice to all my friends and family members.

    They do not have their prices posted and could not answer me when I asked how much a particular procedure would cost. I don't use health insurance and like to know how much something will cost beforehand. Health care should be like any other service or retail purchase. The treatment that was prescribed to me did not work.

    Gave me a nose swab that said I tested positive for influenza.  Given prescription but nothing to help the symptoms...cough, ear, nose thoat, chest.  I ended up going to my regular Dr. a few days later.  Worst of it was that my insurance didn't cover Doctor's Now visit at all.

    I went to Doctor's Now for a drug screening for a job offer from Pioneer. I was expecting the process to take about 10-15 minutes tops, including the check-in and wait. I walked in the door to pleasantly find a nice office. TV in the corner, plenty of seating, well maintained, and a staffed front desk. I went up, dropped off my paperwork for the drug screen, and got onto the waiting list. When I walked in there were two parties ahead of me already checked in. None of the staff were able to see me for almost half an hour, while I sat in there with my legs crossed. Once they were, they were very polite, careful, and thorough. The nurse or staff member who handled my drug screen was very nice, chatted a little with me, and explained what she was doing so that I wasn't in the dark. Once my part was done and the paperwork finished I promptly left. Overall the experience was pleasant, but took WAY too long. The last drug screen I did took 5 minutes, although that was at a lab. I would definitely visit Doctor's Now again for basic primary care, however.

    I was having fainting spells quite regularly. I would lose vision temporarily and my fingers would become numb and tingly; often these symptoms would lead to fainting where I would lose consciousness temporarily. I went in to see the Doctor, explained my symptoms and was given blood tests and pregnancy tests (even though I explained that I could not be pregnant). The doctor was unable to determine what was wrong and advised that return again several more times for continued testing. I basically declined and sought out a second opinion.
