    Tech didn't show up for original appointment, there apparently was some miscommunication between office and techs and I was never scheduled. However, the owner was very apologetic to the mix-up, and had a tech out the next business day. Tech was friendly and helpful, and repair was quick. They also did compensate for original scheduling mix-up.

    Week later, no one called me about the parts when are they coming so I called them, the number that I have on the receipt is not ringing, I've been routed to a voice mail two different times for 20 mins, on that time I called HomeAdvisor and they gave me new numbers to contact this company, which I did and I was told that the they have to go through their manager for the parts and they will get back to me. After another week, I can't reach anyone on the phone number where they advised me about the parts. I made a formal complaint about this company both. All I want is to know, where my parts is and when will the come back to put it in.

    At first, everything went fine. Jordan, the owner of All Makes Spa Services, came and checked out our spa and fixed our pump, as well as did some maintenance work. At this point, he told us to start filling the spa and to let him know right away, if anything leaks. He also stated that we needed new filters. We paid for the services and the filters (the price of the two filters was about $110). I called Jordan a couple of times, during the process of filling the spa, due to some leaking, which he quickly fixed. During our first few days or so of working together, Jordan was very prompt with returning calls and answering any questions that I had. He also said that he would be back within the next week to bring by the spa filters that we paid for ahead of time. Sadly, this is the point where our business relationship went south. We never heard from him again. I have called him many times since June 2017 and have not even once heard back from him for over 2 months. I still haven't received the filters, for which I had paid ~ $110. Additionally he hasn't finished putting the siding back up on the spa, that he had left open in order to watch for any leaking during the process of filling the spa. In conclusion, I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. What started out as a good experience has ended up turning into a nightmare from a customer service viewpoint. I cannot understand why Jordan chooses to ignore our phone calls. It's as if he has chosen to just steal the $110 we paid for the filters.

    Dan was GREAT!!! He works nights and weekends for no extra fee. He came the same day I called even though his schedule was full. He ordered parts and then called me when they arrived. He came and did the repair all within 5 days. I will use Dan in the future. Dan was a little (VERY minimal) bit higher priced BUT he came in the evening and on Saturday for NO extra cost. The extra cost Dan charges would have been A LOT more for the nights and weekend at another company! I HIGHLY recommend Dan for ANY appliance repair!

    Selected DSM Heating and Cooling using Angie's List reviews. I am not sorry I did. Initial call to office staff was courteous and helpful. A tech came out on a Friday and examined our 15 year old system and offered a reasonable repair price for the A/C unit. We asked for an estimate on a new Lennox system and received (during the same visit) three prices for Lennox high-efficiency systems ("good", "better", "best") with explanations of features and MidAmerican rebate final cost implications. The system we selected was installed the next Monday by a very knowledgable, courteous, and hard-working crew. Even the owner (Craig Beveridge) showed up to make sure all was going to our satisfaction. Within a few days they were back to do the SAFE certification (required for maximum rebates). All went well. We are enjoying great A/C and fully expect to be pleased with our new hi-efficiency furnace this fall and winter. (BTW, cost shown is pre-rebates)

    Back story: had a bad experience with anon-Angie's List company (one that advertises a lot) that came toservice the system and quoted me $1000 of repairs and said the system was too old and should be replaced (it was15 years old). I knew I was
    being scammed and had them do only the service.
    I bought the discounted A/C service for Greens on Angie's List based solely on the reviews. The technician arrive exactly on time and was very professional. I told him I had noticed some icing on the inside unit the one time the A/C had run this season. The technician quickly diagnosed that we might have a leak in the system and was low on coolant. He immediately quoted me what the worst case for repairs and cost and gave me several options. We agreed on what he would do and he went to work. The repair was completed and then he cleaned/serviced the entire system. He was done in less than an hour and the total cost was 20% less than the worse case that he quoted me. I could not be more pleased with Green's and the technician and will be using them again for furnace service in the fall.
    Here's what the technician didn't do: tell me we need a new system (in fact assured me that the system should be fine for at least another 5 years based on his diagnosis). Tell me the blower needed to be cleaned because it didn't (the other company said it did and wanted $300).

    Dan did a great job, fixing a very old washer/dryer unit in only about an hour.  He also handled wiring my ceiling fan, figuring out some complex wiring on the way.  He was friendly, prompt, and professional the whole time.

    Green's Appliance Heating & Cooling
    Technician was at the house for maybe 10 minutes, says he balanced the machine, charged us $79 for the call. When I arrived later to check if the machine had been repaired, it appeared as if he didn't do anything, The hoses were leaking, the machine still walked itself off the pedestal during the spin cycle. If this serviceman was a professional the machine should have been in working order before he left.

    On our July visit to our Longboat Key condo we discovered that our 5 year old refrigerator was not working. We lost everything in our freezer and refrigerator. It was late Saturday afternoon when we called Richard. We were asked if we needed him to come right away. We declined, but asked for him to come the next day. On Sunday morning he came, diagnosed the problem right away and told us he would put in the part order first thing Monday morning. He explained to us how to defrost our freezer overnight to get the unit back up and running again temporarily until he was able to come out and install the new parts. Richard knew we were in Florida for a short visit and that we would be leaving on Wednesday afternoon. He made the repairs Wednesday morning and we were on our way back home Wednesday afternoon. Richard explained everything well and was very curtious and considerate of our time frame. I would definately use Appliance Pros again and would highly recommend this company.
