    The Sanctuary Spa
From check-in to the time you leave, you are surrounded by relaxing ambiance. The decor is quite nice, with soft lighting, warm tones, and soothing water features in the waiting area. You are offered a choice of beverages from fruit infused water to wine (!) and allowed a few moments before your service to collect yourself and enjoy the change of pace. I am particularly impressed by the and quot;Touchand quot; service offered before massage therapy services, which is a brief complementary hand, neck or foot massage. The massage services always run the full time slot reserved, if not slightly over. I always feel generously taken care of when I come here. Prices are comparable to other venues in Cedar Rapids, however the ambiance, outstanding staff, and the and quot;Touchand quot; service help this Spa stand head and shoulders above the competition.

Randa is professional, and intuitive. She does an excellent job, and focuses on your needs, including areas that are particularly sensitive or painful. She puts her heart into her work, and it's evident by the quality of her massage therapy.

    Bohr, Tony
I've been seeing Tony for massage therapy and using Hands in Harmony for spa services for over a year. He is always very careful to listen to any issues I'm having and address them, he communicates any concerns and makes recommendations during the massage, and he offers overall wellness tips. That said he will take his cue from you as to whether you want to chat during the session or simply chill out and melt into the massage table. I always leave a massage with Tony in utter relaxation.

I LOVE this place! The atmosphere is so relaxing! They provide a variety of services, although I have only taken part in a massage. I will not go anywhere else! When arriving, they took me to a relaxation room where I got a drink-mine was fruit infused water, but they also have alcohol! (No charge, it is included in the price of the massage!) After a few minutes, the massage therapist comes in to do some touch therapy-either hands or feet, which is just a nice way to get started. Then back to the room where I get a massge-for the full time. I have never been shorted of time and each time I go, it is just awesome!

    Bohr, Tony
Tony always puts me at ease - he has a very calm demeanor and he is conscientious about listening to what you're looking for from your massage whether that's specific soreness or tension or just a general massage. His massage space is also very soothing and he is very intuitive about whether you're in a talkative mood or a restful one. We have had appointments where we talk and joke all the way through and others where we hardly speak. Both have been exactly what I needed at the time and I walked out in bliss. Tony also makes recommendations on lifestyle changes based on what he notices about your body during the massage- he has given me tips for better posture to reduce muscle strain, stretches for particular post-workout issues, and has identified swelling in an ankle and gave me referral suggestions for additional treatment.

I bought a Groupon and she was the therapist. She was very good, so I would continue to use her. She is very knowledgeable. She does the deep tissue massage, which I want.

    A Healing Touch Massage
Very professional experience. The message chair was very comfortable, and I am not a petite person. She explained everything that she was going to do and why and emailed me a copy of my chart showing where she felt the problem was. My doctor said she was right on when I went in to have her look at my back.

    PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSOCIATES
I really like the massages and the bio-feedback treatment is wonderful. They have taught me some exercises that were very helpful and taught me to sit up straight as well. I am very pleased with the service I receive there. I also like the people that work there.

I've seen Liz Smith for the last year for massage and occasional Reiki. I feel confident that the other therapists are well trained and professional like Liz. She is kind, considerate, and very skilled in massage therapy.

    Graceful Hands Massage
I am 67 years old and have seen many therapists.  In my opinion Dawna is the best of the best.  She helps relieve my tension in my neck and  has given me many stretches to do at home to keep me flexible. She checks with you to make sure she is using good pressure.  If you want a really deep muscle massage, she will give you that.  If you want a gentle touch to just help you relay, she can do that too.
