    I had a rash on my legs that itched. Lasted for a couple weeks so I went in to the walk-in clinic. I was seen immediately. This facility is nice for that. However, the cream prescribed didnt do the trick. So I later made an appointment with a dermatologist. He knew right away what the rash was and prescribed what I needed to get rid of it. The bill came later and was a bit steep, but thats the price you pay for quick convenience.

    m and got me ready for surgery which i had on my toe to reattach i was sent there by ambulance when i got there they took me back to a room they i had to have surgery to re attach my toe then i had another surgery in the morning to fix the whole in my foot then the next day i was released to go home they were very rude to me when i was getting ready to leave i would not recommend this hospital  to anyone

    I had the worst experience ever. It was horrible. I went in with a headache. They stuck a needle in my back and damaged the nerves that go down my left leg. I never seen the same doctor. I was in three different rooms and had five different room mates. I laid face down on a bed for five days with no food, drink or iv. The nurse would come in and say she is just resting and my husband would say I was awake. I thought they were trying to kill me. It is a teaching hospital with a different doctor all of the time. They did not communicate with each other so no one was aware of what the previous doctor did. I left and went to another hospital.

    I wouldn't be alive if they didn't take good care of me.  They cured me of cancer. University is one of the 10 best hospitals in the state.  One of my doctors was able to twist an arm to get an appointment for my leg.  They look after me, and keep track of my conditions.

    My overall experience, considering I was an emergency patient, was good. There was one particular doctor who was not very punctual, though I don't recall the name. The staff was pleasant though, and the treatment was done well. I would go back to this facility if needed again.

    Walgreens Pharmacy
    Walgreens Pharmacy treats their customers like cattle. When you call the pharmacy you are directed through a maze of automated telephone prompts. If you ever do get to an actual person they will be short and rude. Don't DARE walk in with a prescription and request it be filled while you wait, it will be like asking them to part the red sea (even though you'd be spending more money within Walgreens, they just don't care). I was not notified when my prescription changed color, leaving me to call yet another rude person at 2am to ask if it was even the correct pill. Yet another time I was not offered or given instruction when another prescription changed packaging and dosing instructions, I had to call later and ask a very confused woman; a simple notification sticker on the bottle or one sentence from the pharmsist when I picked the prescription up would have prevented both situations. I suspect the root of the problem could be the sheer number of people they (try to) serve combined with being understaffed at certain points in the day, but that is no reason to be short and rude to people. I tried to make Walgreens work for me, I thought their location, drive-thru and 24-hour availability would be awesome. Turns out those things are the *only* benefits and they pale in comparison to the staff's rudeness you will encounter.

    When you call an actual person answers the phone, not an automated system directing you all over the place. They have a secure online refill system which is awesome. Transferring prescriptions has never been easier, they are ultra-helpful and sound like they appreciate customers. Should my experience with them change for whatever reason I will update this review, however, I do not anticipate anything other than the excellent quality of service I have already received going forward. Thank-you to Towncrest Pharmacy for providing an alternative to the big-box stores and going back to good 'ole fashion polite and efficient service!

    I have had a great experience with all of the hospitals and clinics. The physicians all have great bedside manners. There is a very good environment in the offices. The staff has always been very friendly. They are my insurance provider.

    Hy-Vee Pharmacy
    Refilled a two medications. Medication "A" comes in a quantity of 240, and Medication "B" comes in a a quantity of 60. I began taking pills from Medication A immediately and noticed the pill level of the "full" bottle was not as I had remembered it. I began taking Medication B several days later and the very first time I poured the pills out to then put in my organizer I knew right away I had not received all 60 pills. I called HyVee Pharmacy, they said bring the pills back to them and they would check. I brought back both bottles. The concluded of Medication B I had received only 30 of the original 60 I paid for. They gave me the remaining 30 pills I was due, and their store count verified the pills were miscounted. For Medication A (240ct) the store count was accurate and the pharmacist concluded I must had simply taken the pills faster than I had originally thought. I have been taking Medication B for almost a year. I know I never run out early (except this mis-filled time). Although I agree the pharmacist's opinion could be possible, knowing myself and my adherence to my physician's instructions I would have NEVER taken too many on a PRN instruction. My conspiracy theory about it is someone is pocketing people's controlled substance pills and shortchanging the customers; the ones they do not think will notice (larger orders, meds for pain, etc). I now count everything before I leave the store before I will eventually find a new pharmacist.
