    TP Carpentry Meticulous Pride, LLC
Excellent, just like the first time. I've used this company before and I was pleased with the results. Professionalism was displayed the entire time. They arrived as stated and work seamlessly to complete the tasks. Ceramic tiles laid to my expectation, cabinetry made to the exact specifications and fit in perfectly with the plan I designed. I would use this company again and I have recommended them to my family and friends. Meticulous Pride is the right name. Pride was definitely taken in everything that was done and my house was left in meticulous condition.

Jesse is marvelous! He is a true professional and a very nice guy. He does beautiful carpentry work. He hires top people to do the electrical and painting, and they are just as professional as Jesse. His work is outstanding. He is very thorough and everything he does is high quality. Equally impressive is that people show up on time and finish on time! I recommend him highly. We would use him more, but he's a little out of our price range. I said that I would rehire him, but it would have to be for a major project that necessitates top quality and the higher cost.

Jesse totally transformed our kitchen. He did what he said he would do and for the amount quoted. He is totally professional. He kept us informed as each item of work was to begin. He has an eye for details and perfection.

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andy and how thrilled I am with the finished result in my kitchen. I collected a number of recommendations from friends for other contractors, whom I met with - but, I am so glad I went with Andy. From the start, his communication was exceptional. He gave me a very realistic (and ultimately accurate) timeline and I always knew exactly who was going to be working in my house on what days. No surprises what-so-ever, and when there were some minor unexpected plumbing issues once he opened the walls, Andy set up a time to discuss options with me and presented me with multiple solutions depending on my preferences and budget. There are SO many decision to be made for a large project like this, and as a first time homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed at first - but Andy did an incredible job guiding me to quality suppliers for materials and helping me through the process all along the way. I never hesitated to ask if I had a question and Andy always took the time to respond and explain things in a way I could understand. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal. Photos are taken from different angles - but it is the same kitchen :)

The kitchen remodel was extensive--removing a wall, moving appliances and plumbing, new cabinetry, new flooring, covering a window, replacing siding. He is great to work with. We have an older home and he understands the complexities of this kind of upgrade. When there have been problems after a remodel (small things) he either comes himself to fix it, or sends one of his subcontractors. We found Andy on Angie's list and are very pleased with all of his service.

We initially contacted Andy for a ballpark bid on a family room renovation so we could make a good decision about the breadth of our remodel. Andy understood we would be getting comparison bids and was professional and helpful. Because one major part of the contruction involved creating built-in bookcases, Andy met his cabinetry sub-contractor at our home to address questions and make an accurate bid. When discussing changes to walls, Andy was able to listen to our ideas and provide his professional opinion tactfully. (Also subsontracted was some lighting work) Andy, Roger and Alex changed three walls and the ceiling in this room which was previously all stucco. They rebuilt one wall with new drywall and skimmed over the other walls and ceiling. I had not heard of (and was unsure of) the skimming process and held my breath. It looks great and we are very pleased with the new look. This team was friendly, punctual and clean. Andy was thorough in addressing every aspect of this renovation.

First of all, Andy and his father are super friendly, and I chose them primarily because I sensed they would be great to work with. Right from the start he was willing to negotiate his quote with me and refine his scope a bit so we both were satisfied. He was not the cheapest guy, but his price was competitive.  My biggest concern with any contractor is obviously quality of work---no problem here. My next biggest concern is a contractor's propensity to find ways to add cost to a project.  Andy did not do that.  We agreed to a price and he stuck with it.  He did not nickel-and-dime me to death.  I did ask him once to increase his price for some additional services, which he was willing to do for a very reasonable $350 (I think he might have had some regrets with this amount after realizing how much effort it took, but he did not ask me for any more money!).  Andy and his father do high-quality work.  I remember telling him that I want both him and me to be proud of what they accomplished, and that is exactly what he delivered. One thing I must emphasize is Andy's willingness to work within my schedule (not only because I, too, work for a living, but because I did some work myself and hired an electrician myself to do an extensive amount of electrical work.) All this hassle with scheduling, waiting, whatever, can be point of contention with some contractors, but not Andy! He understands the homeowner's circumstances and we just worked things out over the phone or email.  Also, you can trust Andy in your home.  I gave him full access, since I was rarely present when they did their work.  He always left the place nice, locked up, and secure.  Another key point:  Andy hired an excellent cabinet installer---beautiful work---precise, neat, and sound.  The plumber he hired is the nicest plumber I have ever met, and he did such a fine professional job.  Thank you!  Thank you! Thank you for hiring professional subcontractors that also care about their customers and the quality of their work.  Thank you to Scott's Home Renewal for performing so well and providing such fine results!  I highly recommend Andy and will most likely ask him to help me out on my next major renovation project that comes along.

Wow. These guys are good. Fair estimates that beat most of the competition from a price standpoint. They come to work on time (amazing). They are very trustworthy - I was home with my infant a lot during their work and had no concerns. They're family men and are very concerned with managing expectations. They always went the extra mile for us and we will have them paint our exterior next. They also did some GC for us, subbing electrical, plumbing and flooring work. Very fair on their mark-ups. They've hit 4 rooms of our house so far and will always be on the top of our list. Andy works with his dad, Roger, and his friend, Alex. They subbed two guys who belonged to their church or otherwise well known. When the flooring folks came and we were out of town, they came to "baby sit" since we didn't know the flooring guys. That's how much we trust them!
