    The actual tinting of the two side windows was done just fine. The technician failed to re-install all of the attachment hardware and secure the hinges properly. Unfortunately, I did not discover the errors until after I had driven the tractor back to my farmstead. I went ahead and purchased replacement parts on my own and finished the work myself. I'll use them again if need be but I'll inspect their workmanship a lot closer before I pay my bill.

    Our daughter was in need of trading up and wanted to stay with a Jeep product.  She found one at Efkamp's and began talking with him via phone - as she lives in Cedar Falls.  He worked with us to get everything preapproved and even knowing that she was looking at another vehicle at a competitor's, he answered all calls and questions promptly. Once she determined that she felt the Jeep at Efkamp's was the best fit, he got all the paper work ready with pre-approved financing; keeping everything within her budget.  I went up to CF and got her Saturday morning and brought her down here to look at the Jeep and test drive it before the papers were signed.  Until Saturday, non of us had actually seen the vehicle.  We were absolutely stunned!  The Jeep was beautiful and even though it was an older, used Jeep, it looked new.  Very clean and loaded with all the extras.  So the price, we felt, was more than fare and in line with all the information from other sources that we had researched.  If in need of a vehicle, would definitely recommend Randy Efkamp.

    Westside Muffler & Repair
    Went in with loud exhaust. They said it only needed a new muffler and didn't try to talk me into anything else. They replaced  it  in  about 45  minutes  and I  was  on  my  way. I've  used  them for a complete exhaust system on my classic car a couple of years ago and they did a great job for a good price.

    Noble's service team did a great job. They had to order a part which took extra time, but they offered a loaner vehicle. They don't try to sell unnecessary service and they are responsive to our needs.

    Service rep. promptly and courteously greeted me even though I was a and quot;Walk Inand quot;, I had not made an appointment. I was out of the store and down the road in about 25 minutes with all the work done correctly. Additionally, I asked about getting a discount on my next set of tires for this car when it comes in for its next servicing in 5,000 miles and she checked her computer for upcoming sales on Michelin steel belted radial tires and got me a $70.00 rebate on a set of four tires in advance not to mention a great price.
    We've been coming here for years for the service, the quality, the friendliness, and the value of all Downey Tire Services on all our vehicles both business and pleasure.

    Chumbley's Auto Care
    My car broke down on the way to work and I had it towed to Chumbleys.  It blew the engine, so I declined to repair it due to the age of the vehicle.  They have done a lot of work for me over the years an many differnt cars and trucks and they have always been top notch.  Very professional, good communication and everything done correctly the first time.  I will continue to use them in the future.

    They have always taken good care of my car as I've visited them several times over the last couple of years.  Great home town feel to how they do things.
    Other customers have the ability to drop off their vehicle in the morning and pick it up later in the day - many retired or semi-retired.  I need to have something taken care of ASAP so as to get to work in a timely fashion.  My needs are put into queue just as everyone else.  Sometimes the sense of urgency isn't clearly understood.  They have from time to time put my needs ahead of others to get me back on the road ASAP.
