They picked up the chairs and delivered them back. They also repaired one of the chairs. I said that I wasn’t in a hurry so it took two months. I feel it was worth the wait. I will use them again.

They weren't cheap but the three places I considered were all about the same price. The wait wasn't so long as I went about a month before Thanksgiving thinking that would be pushing it but they were great about getting them done before the holiday. In fact they were done even a week before what they had anticipated. They have a designer on sight to help with fabric choices if you would like as well, but I had my fabric chosen already. Very professional, friendly, etc. Definitely would use again.

We needed done on rather short notice due to a pending formal occasion at our home.  He ordered the material and completed the job in a timely manner.  He was easy to work with and his workmanship was excellent.

    DENNY'S UPHOLSTERY
We had couch cushions that were almost flat.  Tried to do it myself....train wreck!  I brought the cushions in for one couch, they did such a great job that I brought the cushions in from our other couch.  The turn around was very fast and the price was great, same as what I paid to order foam online, and I had to do those myself.  Denny and Jim do a great job, and I will use them again in the future!

This was our first time using them and we were pleased with the quality of work. They performed pretty quickly form what I remember. We did not have any issues since the service.

They were very responsive and prompt with making an appointment to look at my couch and give me an estimate. They were also responsive in coming to pick up the couch when I had the fabric ready for them and they had time to do the job. My only complaint is that they told me it would take about 3 weeks, but the work actually took about 7 weeks. They did a very excellent job with the workmanship itself and they brought the couch back when it was finally ready. I would have been more satisfied if they'd given me a more realistic expectation on the amount of time it was really going to take to do the job.

The chair is awesome. I love it. Charlene is super nice. The sewing and everything on it looked so much better than the original, with even stitching and the buttons and everything. She reinforced all the fabric and put waterproof material underneath it. It was so much better than when I took it in. She's super friendly and always asks if there's anything else she could do for us. She called me during the project and keeps you updated on what she has gotten done. I needed it before Christmas and she said sure, that it was no problem. She actually had it done two days sooner than I thought. I already asked her to do more work for me in the future.

It seemed to take a long time to get my furniture back but that was because I started the process around Thanksgiving. It takes a couple of weeks to get the fabric before the work actually begins. The holidays are crunch time for upholsterers as they are for many service providers. He picked up my couch in mid-December and I got it back in mid-February. Part of the delay may have been that I never told him there was any kind of rush to get the piece back. It looked good. I didn't recognize it! Since it was a '60s couch, it had some buttons and bows which gave it a dated appearance. In reupholstering, he eliminated those which gave the couch a much sleeker, more classic look. I didn't like the cushions; thought they were too soft. When we talked about it, no problem. He fixed it, replacing the cushion foam within two days. He gave me a cost estimate for the work and stuck to it. Picked up and delivered and no problems setting up times for either,. I will be using him again this Spring to reupholster two chairs.

    RICK'S CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY
I have talked to Rick by phone a couple of times and met him at his shop once. He is very personable and easy to talk to. We discussed reuphostering 4 pieces of furniture that our family has had since the 1960s. Rick came to my house on the 19th and measured the furniture and we discussed the wood trim on the furniture. Rick doesnt refurnish wood but he referred me to a gentleman he works with and took my furniture to him for the woodwork and then will have Rick pick up the furniture. Rick lives in Bellvue which is 20 miles from my house. So far the experience has been great. The process will be about a month to complete which is fine as I am not in need of it at this moment. I have seen pictures of Rick's work and work that he was doing in his shop and am anxious to see the furniture when it is done. Will write more when it is complete.

He is a home town guy, and he knows what he is doing. All of his work has just been super. Why not give it to you when you want it. I sure will use his services again in the future.
