This business did an absolutely outstanding job on the removal and replacement of our patio cover! Greg and Ted were a joy to work with. Highly knowledgeable of the project, hard working, punctual, great workmanship, respectful and always willing to stop and address our questions and requests. All in all, one of the best contractor's we have had the pleasure to meet and work with. Highly recommend them!

    Premier Construction Services
We were referred to Adam by our daughter.  We just purchased a home and were having work done prior to moving in.  We knew we wanted a sun room but we were not sure about the details.  Adam met with us and walked us through all the different styles of sun rooms his company has completed and gave us some great ideas.  His website was really helpful in viewing some of their past projects.  We were on a strict deadline to get moved into the house and Adam met and exceeded all deadlines, his crew completed the entire sun room in less than a week!  Adam recommended a stone accent wall in the room to match the rest of the house and we love it!  We are very pleased with our sun room and Adam was great to work with - he knows his products and helped us with design as well.  We definitely recommend Premier Construction as a contractor.

    Premier Construction Services
In February 2013 we hired Premier Construction to undertake an extensive building project which included an addition to our house that doubled the existing square footage, a remodel of the existing space, and the construction of a detached garage. Also included in the project were a rear deck, a front covered deck, and a patio just off the newly constructed walk-out. Our building project with Adam and Premier Construction was definitely a collaborative effort and the design options Adam presented to us always reflected our wishes and preferences. As the project advanced, there were change orders at our request which Adam took in stride with his characteristic can-do cheerfulness. Adam never sees a problem that can't be fixed or a challenge that can't be met and he possesses a great aesthetic sense as well as an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in the construction business. The end result, which we are now enjoying, is a seamlessly executed addition which has all the features we most desired. The quality of workmanship in the addition surpasses that of the original dwelling, a credit to Adam and the first-rate team of employees and sub-contractors associated with Premier Construction.  We have no plans for further improvements...but...if we ever decide to build a party shed, we'll call Adam.

    Addition Doctors
The new Addition came together beautifully. We were very happy with the high quality products used and the quality workmanship. We receive nothing but raves when others see the finished work. The addition started in the fall of 2012 with tearing off the old original porch.  Then they dug down for the footing and put a crawl space under the addition because of the plumbing for the bathroom. In the process of doing this plumbing they also added plumbing lines to the upstairs for a future bathroom up there.  Also in the process of doing the tear off and exposing the house they took precautions to keep the house protected from the weather.  Even though the project lasted overall around 8 months, they kept the main house protected and we were removed from the mess most of the time.  Even as the barriers came down because we were in the finishing stages, it was very manageable to live in the house all the time.  The over all design on the outside and the trim on the inside matched and complimented the  house design very well.    The addition ended up with a vaulted ceiling, with a very cool ceiling paint job that instead of stopping the ceiling paint line right at the corner of the wall and ceiling they brought the paint line down about 1/2" onto the wall. It might not sound like much but almost everybody notices that little detail and they go "WOW I really like how they did that" (that was a bonus they did they did without charging extra even though the process was more involved to do it) The bathroom ended up with a 4' walk in shower stool and vanity.  It was done with handicap features in mind for down the road if we need it.   Then we had hardwood flooring put down. Quite a few windows - Andersen Windows and custom made trim to match the origonal trim in the house. It was not an easy addition to do but now that it's done we use it all the time and we love it. If I had more money I would have them back to do my kitchen - that's next!

    Gary Rumbaugh Construction
Throughout the projects I was kept informed of the work progress. Gary and Scott were punctual and professional. My living areas that were not under construction were draped to keep them as clean as possible. The construction areas were cleaned up daily. Any unexpected delays, changes or issues with the construction were brought to my attention promptly with possible solutions and costs. I cannot speak highly enough of Gary, Scott and all of Gary's subcontractors. Very timely, professional behavior and exceptional craftsmen. My finished product is absolutely beautiful and truly a comfortable home.

    Omaha Door & Window
Unfortunately, because of the 6-week delay starting the project, we didn't get a chance to use the room this Fall. Soon after the room was done, it snowed in Omaha and December has been unseasonably cold! The sunroom was basically a kit from a supplier in Red Oak, IA. The workmanship of the sunroom modules and the contractor who assembled them on site was excellent. The workmen could have done a better job cleaning up at the end of the project. We also looked at the patio enclosures by Champion Window. Their product was very comparable with Omaha Door & Window in terms of quality and cost. We visited the two showrooms at least twice trying to decide. We finally selected Omaha Door because we were concerned about the number of minor assembly flaws in the patio enclosures and sunrooms on display at Champion's showroom. If their workers aren't attentive to details in their showroom displays, will they do any better at our home?

    NELSON CUSTOM BUILDERS INCORPORATED
Workers showed up on time, did their part and then cleaned up the house and yard before going home at the end of the work day. We were still able to live in the house while the construction was going on. I picked out paint colors and door knobs and two suspended lights and all were installed promptly and correctly. The total job took from May until August. Some were weather delays which we could understand. They worked even while we were on vacation and we trusted having them on our property. They reseeded the lawn in the areas which were disrupted by the installation of the drainage system. Tom Nelson did a wonderful job of coordinating the variety of services we needed. He selected quality and still managed to keep the prices lower than we expected. There were many small improvements that have made living in this house more convenient than before; for example, one door opened onto a hallway. The new door opens into the room, ending the congestion. The room is beautiful! The acoustics are perfect for my music. There is space for a group to rehearse. There are shelves built to store music and supplies. Ramps were built to make it easy to move instruments in and out of the building. I've had Nelson Custom Builders do work for my parents and Tom Nelson always finds an attractive, safe, and practical way to solve any problems using his capable and reliable workers and sub-contractors.

    Opie's Construction & Roofing
He poured the footing for the addition, framed the enclosure, and roofed it. He did not do the interior finish carpentry work - I have someone else doing that. He worked closely with the city code inspector, and satisfied all local requirements. He did all this in 8 working days. This project was a very pleasant experience for us.
