The owner was very professional. Rick was hands on with the job every day. Rick touched base everyday and gave us a progress report. I run a business in my home and TNT made it possible for me to not miss a day. Rick quoted us the precise amount and time. Very very pleased would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience working with Rick and TNT Concrete.  To start with, Rick is easy to communicate with and has a lot of good ideas.  Second, from the initial request for a bid to completion of the job, Rick was responsive, thorough and professional.  My driveway project had several draining issues that needed to be addressed.  I felt Rick and his crew went above and beyond to make sure these drainage issues were taken care of and the finished project had great curb appeal.  Thanks to Rick and his crew, we are very pleased with your work and highly recommend you to others.

The TNT crew did a great job.  They were there when they said,  Did the work as specified (This doesnt sound like a big deal but I have seen a lot of concrete guys lay some pretty uneven concrete and not what was agreed upon.). Rick and the guys worked very efficiently together.  Nice to watch someone who knows how to really do their job.  Great job

Earlier this spring we had a porch added to the front of our house.  The old stairs leading from the front door to the driveway were leaning and cracking in places and the existing railings did not match the new porch.  We called Rick to give us a bid to replace the existing steps.  Rick arrived on a Saturday and immediately assured us he could replace our steps with standard concrete for a reasonable price.  However, as we were talking, he gave us a suggestion to run the steps in a more sweeping manner from the driveway through the existing lawn to meet a step on the new deck.  We could then continue the decking over the existing concrete pad at the doorstep and install matching railings where the old steps used to start.  This effectively changed the entire approach to the front door.  We immediately embraced this idea.  It was something we had not even considered.  We felt it worked well with the design of the deck and would make it seem like the deck had always been there. Rick also suggested we might like to use colored and stamped concrete to play off the rosewood color of the deck and the brick accents on the house. This option was of course more expensive, but Rick applied no pressure for us to go that way.  He left us with color charts to muse over and a bid for both options.  He said he would likely be able to fit in our job within the next month. One week later, Rick contacted us and said he would be in the Bellevue area the following Monday and could start the job.  We were so pleased that he was able to work us in that quickly.  We were very impressed with the crew from the outset. They arrived at the time promised and got right to work ripping out the old steps and digging the forms for the new ones.  They returned the next morning and got right to work pouring the concrete.  This was a "small job" in terms of the amount of concrete required, and unfortunately, the concrete truck was a little short on the amount needed.  Rick immediately called and got another truck over to the house within the hour.  As the concrete company had a "2 yard minimum," we had extra concrete leftover. Rick nicely offered to pour a small pad under our back gate for no additional charge.  The remainder of the day was spent applying the colored highlight powder to the steps and then applying a random stone patterned stamp.  The meticulous care employed by Sergio was awesome.  The following day, the crew returned to apply the sealer.  The total job took 3 days. After each day the yard was left clean.  Rick was on-site each day.  The crew was polite and professional.  We are so pleased with the result!  We love the way the colors and pattern turned out.  Neighbors have stopped to positively comment and some thought it was an actual stone walkway.  We have already contracted with Rick for another job...to pour a pad alongside the house to park our trailer.  We would highly recommend Rick and his crew for any concrete needs!

Video taped line to the street while we watched; found the collapse. Excavated line and replaced line. Very professional, very careful when excavating and put all landscaping back in place. Had sufficient employees to do it quickly and safely. Work proposal contained 3 choices, with benefits of each. No pressure to do more than needed. Work comes with written guarantee. Have used them before - wouldn't use anybody else.

    L&H Construction
When I have a large job and need a new contractor, I always test them with a small job to see how things go. L&H Construction (Lee Harper) proved himself on a chain link fence job last fall. He paid attention to construction details, did things on time, and most importantly communicated constantly with me. My real job was spring $12K landscaping project on one of my income properties near Anschutz medical center. My big problem? I don?t live in Denver and would not be able to supervise the job. I needed someone I could trust completely. Lee called me twice per month over the winter to be sure things were scheduled correctly (and took care of snow removal). The concrete work needed to be done at the correct temperatures, and ultimately everything else (tree removal, grading, rock, permits, etc.) needed to be done so the turf could be installed before watering restrictions kicked in. Not only that, I was sending thousands of dollars for work that I could not see being done. Trust was everything? for both of us. In the end, everything was done perfectly at the estimated cost. Inspections by the City of Aurora passed with flying colors. In fact, this job was done so well, I joined Angie?s just so I could write this review. Like every contractor in Denver, Lee needs the work badly (although he would never say so). If you need a talented, responsive and completely honest contractor to handle your residential construction job? this is your guy. If you hire Lee, be prepared to use the telephone because although he amazing work, he is old-school talent and doesn't do email.

Had a small weather delay because of the wet spring, but kept in touch with Mike during the process. We talked about a week before the project and then again as it got closer.  Mike met me at my house the night before they were to begin and went over a few last minute details and told me to expect them first thing in the morning.  His crew showed up on time and went to work tearing out the old crappy looking concrete.  By the end of day one there was a new slab curing. His guys did a great job minimizing the impact to the yard and it was obvious to me that they were being careful to cause as little mess as possible. On day two they started to place pavers and cut pavers for the curves I had designed into the patio.  As I arrived home on the last day I was able to watch as Mike worked with his crew to place the paver steps.   He and his employees were curtious and worked hard to complete the entire project in two days.  I appreciated the fact that once they started the project they kept after it until it was completed.  Mike was flexible with the design and made a suggestion to the border around the patio that really looks great.
