    Fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough. We bought a house built in 1957, and the last remodel had been done sometime in the 70's. We completely gutted the main floor and attic to studs, and rebuilt from there. New layout, the whole deal. Ward did a complete rewire, new panel, data lines, cable, any residential electric you can think of, they took care of. Great guys to work with, kept us in code, answered our (sometimes dumb) questions and worked with us on last minute changes. Came out whenever we needed questions answered or last minute modifications done. Will be contracting them to complete our basement when we get to that part of the remodel. Cannot recommend highly enough. Charlie and Jared (and Jared's apprentice? Sorry forgot his name) were great to work with. If you've worked with many contractors (and I hadnt until this remodel) you'll learn that certain things can happen or issues will come up - but not with these guys. Far and away the best contractors we had...and will be using again. If you need a reference we are happy to be one.

    I have had Cox for internet services for years and in December of 2019 was going to switch my cable over to them from DirecTV. On 12/16/19 the Cox tech came to my house to do the install, after disconnecting everything including my current Cox internet he said he couldn't do the install and another tech would need to come out and do it. At that point I asked him if we at least had working cable and internet as my wife has an in home daycare and I usually work from home, he assured me we did and packed everything up and left, however we did not. I called Cox on 12/16/19 and asked for someone to come out and hook stuff back up and was told they could not so I said forget it just cancel the cable and phone, leave the internet and I will figure out how to hook it up. On 1/21/20 I received a $300+ bill from Cox and called to see what was going on as my bill should be for $112 for just internet. The person on the phone said it was for cable, phone and internet, after over 45 minutes on the phone he said he got it all fixed. On 2/18/20 I received another bill, this time for $711.20. I again called to see what was going on and this time I was being charged for equipment that was never installed and never in my possession, after an hour on the phone they said they escalated it and I would here something back by 2/21/20. That never happened and today 2/28/20 my checking account got hit for the full $711.20, I again called and one person started telling me it was from equipment from 2018 and not 2019 but I let her know that I had the return receipt from 2018 and when the supervisor came on she went back to 2019. I have all 5+ hours of these conversations on recording for proof that they flat out stole my money.

    I had 5 bids, JB was right in the middle- not the lowest. They explained how they came up with their bid & showed us why the low bids were not to code. Everything was done clean and tight and professional. Workers were early and showed up when promised (believe it or not!), were clean, polite, and really cared about doing things right. The job took 2 days. A few problems came up but JB stuck to their estimate. The supervisor helped start the job and then came back to help finish and answer any or my questions. In summary, Well Done, Efficient, and how jobs should be done. I now question the contractors who make the bids regarding their crews. We have had a lot of problems with crews that were non English speaking and would never show up on time or finish the job and then we could not find them-no contact numbers. Or if a problem came up we could not communicate. So I ask about this and make sure everyone is legal and can be contacted.

    I've had them forever. I have a package deal. Their service is very good. If I have any problems, I call them and they take care of it right away. They have technical support that talks to you on the phone and walks you through the stuff. I had a wireless router and their modem and sometimes, they would lose connection. I recently went down and got a modem with the wireless router built right in it together, so I don't have that problem anymore. Their service is really good and I am very happy with them.

    I've used their service for years. It took them a couple of days to resolve the issue. It took them a while to figure out that it was an outage and that it wasn't something in the house. My husband was talking to them about giving us some kind of a refund on those days that we were out of service but I don't know if he got accomplished with them or not.

    The representative of Canon Electric was punctual and very polite. He was also conscientious of our time and the cost of the projects. Before he started working, he told us what parts were needed. My husband was able to run to Home Depot while the electrician was working on one project and purchase the parts needed for the other two. This saved us money since we didn't have to pay for the electrician's time to get the parts.

    Showed up and started work as scheduled.  Installed a cable box in basement wall so the cable feed went through the box as opposed to hanging down from false ceiling.  Finished the work in less than an hour, cleaned up after themselves and did an overall gret job.

    We've had a couple of issues with the TV and internet going out with a big storm but that is fairly rare. Compared to other companies, we get what we pay for. They are great with their responsiveness. We call and there is generally a guy there that day or the next. They are really good on responding to any outages or problems that we have. They are expensive.
