  • It was seamless. They provided us a calendar ahead of time so we knew exactly what was planned and when things were happening. They cleaned up at the end of every day and were in close communication with us throughout the process.   • He disconnected the sink & garbage disposal before the new counter top was installed and said to call us when we needed to have it reconnected.  He came on time & did the work in a timely manner for a reasonable price.  We called him after the counter top was installed & he came the very next morning.  He was polite & very professional.  This was the second time we have used this plumbing service & would call them again!

  • I never did receive a phone call from the original plumber, so the next day I called them.  I was told the employee who answers  the after hours phone had some sort of family issue and "forgot" to take the after hours phone with her.  Now, I certainly understand that people have things come up.  But in the plumbing industry, it is standard practice to provide emergency, after hours service.  I would think there would be policies in place to make sure the phone is answered, not just dependent on one person.  But due to the fact they did not, I had to pay a new plumber approx. $580 to provide an emergency service and install a new pump.  Since the pump was under warranty, had the original plumber answered their phone, my costs would have been much lower.  Again, I understand people have things come up, but I believe that since the original plumber dropped the ball that night that they should reimburse me the costs I had to incur due to them not answering their phone.  I was first directed to a manager of the plumbers in their office who said he was sorry their lady did not answer, but he was shocked at how much the new plumber charged me and there was no way he was reimbursing me that.  I called again and asked for a service manager.  After a number of days, the manager agreed to pay me back a very small portion, the cost of which they pay for a pump.  Yes, I know humans make mistakes, but I believe the plumber should have reimbursed me the entire amount I had to pay that night due to their negligence.

  • Called the service number and it was answered right away.  Within an hour we had a someone to the house looking at the issue.  He diagnosed the issue and started the repair immediately.  Took a little more time to go to the shop to get a missing part but he returned and finished within a reasonable amount of time.  Considering this was an emergency call and a Sunday the price was very reasonable.  Would very likely hire again.

  • Called him on Friday night and he said he would be there at 9:30 AM Saturday morning. He arrived on time, got right to work and had resolved my issue within 15 minutes. he was very pleasant to deal with.

  • I called on a Saturday to schedule an estimate for low hot water pressure in a shower.  The appointment was scheduled between 8-12 the following day and I was told I would get a call from the technician when they were about 30 minutes out.  The day of the appointment, I waited until about 11:30 and had not heard from the technician yet.  I called the company, who had the technician call me back.  The technician called back promptly and informed me he would not be able to come until approximately between 2-4 pm.  I asked to cancel the appointment, as I had sat around waiting and did not want to work with a company who is unable to honor an appointment (with a 4 hour window) and did not even have the courtesy to call to tell me.

    I called them on Friday and explained my problem to them, ( a leaking water tank).
    They came to my house and had my water tank replaced on Monday morning. Great service!!

  • Called at 9:30AM to schedule an estimate. Pat arrived around 1:30PM as scheduled. Pat took a look, gave an estimate, and performed the work on the spot. It was a little more expensive than we hoped for, but the work was high quality and done the same day! Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend this company.
