ALIQUID LANSCAPES DESIGNERSFrom the beginning, it was a wonderful experience. I described our idea, and Melissa suggested I send her a sketch. When I did, we found that we had both been seeing the same "vision". We set a date and time, but the weather did not cooperate. We set another date, and the water feature was installed, exactly as planned. Melissa and the "crew" worked with local suppliers for additional materials, and side-by-side with a local electrician. When one part of the feature did not fit Melissa's standards, she made a change. We were able to do most of the planning by email, which works well for me, and Melissa kept in touch by cell phone. FThey gave me a quote over the phone. I found a company that would do it cheaper (great service as well). After that they called me 5 times in 1 week (not the same person), and every time I told them I had hired someone else. They call me 6 months later and I tell them that I'm not interested, guy hangs up on me.

FProjects never got off the ground- no response from him after the first visit. He would not call back. Too busy,possibly with other things in his life- we were not the only ones who had this problem. Potentially changing careers and this is a sideline I believe he is very good at what he does, but if you are interested in a timely project, he is not the person to hire.
