    Mercycare Community Physicians
I only had to complete a minimum of paperwork and was promptly shown to the examining room.  I did have to wait at least fifteen minutes for the physician to come into the room.  He quickly asked me what the problem was and quickly prescribed a different antibiotic than the one another doctor had put me on and that hadn't worked.  He didn't spend time with small talk but his prescription took care of my problem.

    Towncrest Pharmacy
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They encourage us to call ahead to save us time; when we go in, the supplies are ready and we check out quickly.  The pharmacy is bright and clean.

    Trinity Express Care
I had a rash on my legs that itched. Lasted for a couple weeks so I went in to the walk-in clinic. I was seen immediately. This facility is nice for that. However, the cream prescribed didnt do the trick. So I later made an appointment with a dermatologist. He knew right away what the rash was and prescribed what I needed to get rid of it. The bill came later and was a bit steep, but thats the price you pay for quick convenience.

I've been seeing her for 10 years. She's wonderful. She's very good. She's very understanding. She's very helpful. She really does help. She gave me her personal e-mail so I can contact her. As long as I live, I will use her.

My dad went to the hospital to have two stints put into veins by his heart.  The care was superb, and the administrative process was seamless.

    Towncrest Pharmacy
When you call an actual person answers the phone, not an automated system directing you all over the place. They have a secure online refill system which is awesome. Transferring prescriptions has never been easier, they are ultra-helpful and sound like they appreciate customers. Should my experience with them change for whatever reason I will update this review, however, I do not anticipate anything other than the excellent quality of service I have already received going forward. Thank-you to Towncrest Pharmacy for providing an alternative to the big-box stores and going back to good 'ole fashion polite and efficient service!

    Bowman Woods Family Medicine
I had just moved to town, and this was the closest clinic to my apartment, so went in when I was not feeling well. I went the urgent care first, then for follow-up with a family practice provider. My wait time for urgent care was less than 30 min(shortest wait time I've ever had!)scheduling with family practice was quick and easy. Front deck staff are kind and helpful.

    Mercy Hospital
We arrived at 6:30 to prepare for the surgery. The only unpleasant thing we experienced was the wait from 7:30 to 9:45 when the procedure was scheduled to start, but it was just having to wait and feeling a bit anxious that made it so.The nurses who prepared my husband were upbeat and happy to give us their attention. While my husband was in surgery, I waited in a spacious lounge which was more like a living room, with comfortable seating and refreshments available. I was given a buzzer, like in a restaurant, which altered me when the doctor was finished and could talk with me about how things went. There was also recliner chairs, and I was able to take a nap while I waited to hear from the doctor. I even got a blanket and a pillow. I then got another buzzer so I could know when my husband had woken up and was ready to go up to a recovery room. I went up with him and the nurse told us of the goals he would have to achieve before he was allowed to go home. She said he might go home in a few hours or stay overnight, depending on his progress. She checked off each attained goal on a whiteboard, and we did go home that day. One of the goals was for my husband to be able to eat something and not be nauseous from his medication. He got a menu, as did I, and we ordered lunch. The choices were pretty good, and the quality and flavor not bad, especially for and quot;hospital foodand quot;. The recovery room was pleasant and sunny and nicely decorated. There was a sofa that I could stretch out on, and we watched some afternoon judge shows while we waited to go home.

This is a teaching hospital and I will give them all A's and will continue to use them in the future if the need arises because I am on a 23 hour 6 week feeding tube right now.

I have had a great experience with all of the hospitals and clinics. The physicians all have great bedside manners. There is a very good environment in the offices. The staff has always been very friendly. They are my insurance provider.
