    I needed to find easy cheap cell phone service for my retired mother. She wanted to be able to talk to friends & doctors when out and about, but didn't want all the bells and whistles we all have on our smart phones. She just wanted to be able to dial the phone and take phone calls. We'll work toward getting her educated on smartphones, and when she's ready, Affinity will help us with that too! I've found this company to be really helpful, kind, and cheaper than the big guys. In fact, it's Verizon service, but without the Verizon price.

    I use the online tools to contact them. Price would be a slight negative. Service has always been fine. Its decent, up until 5 or 6 years ago it was pretty spotty, its settled now. I rarely have any pop outs in the area. They are constantly getting better.

    I have used them for about 10 years and get a discount through work so we just use them. I think they are kind of expensive; it depends on what phone you get but the coverage seems to be pretty good.

    Sprint have been our mobile phone service for over 11 years.  At first we just had issues with the billing from time to time.  As the years went by the service got worse.  We do not update our phones each year and were told because we do not, we do not get priority for the service.  We did not even have one bar or reception in our house.  Then we did upgrade to a phone that they knew had issues (of course we did not know).  We spoke with the representatives many times and many times were told many different things. Technicians were to come to the area to see if a new signal was needed to improve service. Well it never got better.  So I was told the contract would be up in April of 2014 by several different contacts at the different Sprint stores and on the phone.  Come to find out, that is when our phone was eligible for an upgrade.  Then I finally asked how much to buy out of the contract.  I was told $100.00 per phone.  I was also told not to pay the current bill I had as it billed in advance.  I just had to have another carrier pull the number which would automatically cancel the service.  I did just that.  I spent over a month fighting with Sprint about the final bill.  One contact told me that because I had canceled one of the three phones early and the insurance on all three phones when Sprint informed us they would not cover the phones without increasing the insurance premium, we had a credit coming.  I was told many different prices, one was $241.98 was my final bill.  That contact could not take my payment via phone and transferred me.  I was told supervisors would call me back on several occasions but no call ever came.  I was just trying to end this relationship for good.  After all of the calls and the different I spoke with, I was shocked to get a notice that they were going to report me if I did not pay my bill.  The bill was $508.11.  Again, I called and nobody spoke with the representative and again no manager ever returned my call.  At one point I was told by a Gabriel in their retention center that it is not his fault if all the other representatives I spoke with did not pull up the contract and give me correct information.  Really, I just wanted to be done with this company.  I finally paid the $508.05 cents on March 18, 2014 I paid this bill.  I requested a letter stating the account had a zero balance and was in good standing to which I was told they could not do.  I got a letter a few days later stating they were going to debit my account and wanted me to verify the info on the letter was correct, it was not.  I finally did get a letter stating the account had a zero balance and I hope my nightmare with them is over.  I share this story in hopes of saving others frustration.  My new mobile provider has been awesome!  I can have reception all over my home and have not dropped a call since!
