    Took my car to Wade's to fix a water leak through the window. The car door had hit the garage when backing up. Wade's listened to the problem and said he would try to fix it. With a couple of heavy pushes by hand he was able to make it shut properly (I had tried it too but it didn't work). It stopped the leak (which I verified subsequently)!. He then thoroughly explained to me what he hid to fix the issue. No hassles or haggling and immediate service. Amazingly, he did not charge my anything even though he spent more than 15 minutes! I strongly recommend using Wade's next time for any car problems!.

    They did a great job and they completely went above and beyond. Took a little longer than expected but mostly due to insurance and parts. They had a loaner for me to use so taking a little longer wasn’t an issue. Job well done!

    Jim Hanson was able to send in photos to the insurance company and speed up their estimate. At the same time I got Hanson's estimate The repair work was done with an excellent paint match and the result was "As though it never happened!". The work was done for the insurance estimate price. All the employees were courteous and made sure that you were taken care of. through the whole process..

    Not only were all members of the staff very friendly, courteous, and attentive, but they accommodated me in ways I did not think were possible. I told them that I was very sensitive to smells and chemicals, and the last time I had a body-shop experience, my car was so full of VOC's I got sick. Well, before I could finish my story, Jim said, No problem, we will keep the windows rolled up, and any time we are not actively working on the car, we'll park it outside. At the end, my car did not even smell inside. BUT WAIT, there's more! Jim questioned me on an unrelated problem I had with my ignition, which he discovered. I told him I had tried to talk to the dealership, but they had blown me off. He immediately offered to do research on it, and he even wanted to take it to the dealership himself to talk to them! This place is total customer service at its best.

    I was so pleased to work with this company. The damage was caused in a different state than I live (where my college student lives) but I was able to arrange service with confidence. We spoke on the phone several times and every question I had was answered politely and professionally. My daughter says they have been efficient, friendly, and professional as well.

    These guys are great. Kelly was upfront about a very expensive part and how the money spent may not actually fix the problem. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. He didn't even charge me for a couple hours of troubleshooting and a technician consult. He stood behind his work and was honest; what more can you ask for?

    It went very well. The shop is immaculately clean and well cared-for. Our car was in and out within three days. The estimate was exact and adhered to. They delivered my car back to me at my place of work, which was very convenient for me. My only complaint was that the gold color was a little bit off - by just a tiny bit. I don't think most people would even notice, but I am a stickler for color tone. In certain light, I notice it, just barely. It wasn't enough for me to call back and insist on a re-paint. But that is the only reason I rated a and quot;Band quot; instead of an and quot;Aand quot;. Otherwise, I am completely happy with Golden Hammer. Perhpas the gold color is very difficult to color match.

    It's a small town and he's a known mechanic.  He does everything.  We've got three children so we've always got something in.  He is so well known that my insurance company doesn't even make me get other estimates.  He is so honest that we get to go there without having estimates from anybody else.  He's always been absolute excellent.  We've gone there for years.  He is absolutely honest.  We don't have to play games.  We know he is going to do quality for us and we know he's going to be there because he lives in the town and this is how he makes his living.  He's been there for several decades and he is going to continue.
