  • i gave them an excellent rating because their work is excellent. They are professional, friendly and listen well to the buyers needs and expectations. Their ideas are very helpful. The owner of the business, Dean Kugler, has a degree in design and his recommendations have been perfect! We will hire them in the future when other projects arise.

  • This company does not provide the service it advertises. The first treatment is to be applied as pre-emerge for crabgrass in the spring. As that window was closing, I called to find out when they would treat my lawn and was told that I was "on the schedule and he would be out". To look at my lawn now would conclude it was not applied in time since I have crabgrass worse than I ever have had it. In August, I was told a post emerge was applied to take care of the crabgrass that was growing. Not only did it not take care of the crabgrass, it is thriving to the point where in several places there's more crabgrass than other grass. Their literature promises a retreatment within 72hours of calling. So I called- over 4 weeks ago and still no retreatment. I called again and was again told I was "on the schedule". It must be a pretty lengthy schedule to have to wait over 4 weeks. Before the crabgrass appeared, I paid extra for grub control to be applied, which they said they did, but considering the effectiveness of their pre-emerge and post emerge crabgrass control, I'm expecting a crop of grubs next year. They were so bad in my yard that moles are burrowing in several places and while I don't blames Naturescape for they moles, they offered no suggestions on how to deal with them. I commissioned a lawn service so I wouldn't have to worry about the lawn. My yard has never looked so bad. This was a huge waste of money. I will never use their service again.

  • These people are top class. They did everything they promised and in record time. Very professional. We recently had high winds in the neighborhood and a section of my fence blew down. Neighbors had loss of trees but my trees stood firm due to the excellent job they did thinning and pruning. They get an A plus!!

  • The tree was 2 stories high. Their estimate was the most reasonable (least expensive). I asked for the chippings to be left to use for mulch around the yard. They warned me that to leave the chippings where I wanted them, it could cause some ruts in the lawn, but the ground was hard so the damage was just to the grass and after the next cutting, couldn't be seen anyway. They made the appointment for the day of removing the tree and told me the stump grinding would be done a couple days later. All services were performed as promised. Would recommend this company highly!

  • They started about a month before they finished. This was very understandable my yard was a mud pit when they started. The first thing they did was fought through the mud and got a trench dug to let all the water out. Then they came back about a week later and cleaned up the sides of the trench with a skid-loader, it was still pritty muddy so they told me to wait another week to put in the drain tile. They then asked if I wanted to get the drain tile or if i wanted them to pick it up. I said I would get it and they told me farm@fleet was the cheapest. The next week they came with a load of rock and started to get the drain tile down and then rock on top this took a half day. The other half of the day they covered the drain tile and rock with fabric and then dirt it was starting to look really nice.
The next day they came with a jeep that pulled a harrow behind it and two guys raked where the jeep wasn't able to get. Then they asked me sod or seed and said the seed is cheaper but isn't instant I went with seed. It looks great

  • They did a great job on the trees. They had me come out and make sure everything was correct before they started. After they were finished they cleaned up all of the branches and raked up the yard. It was like I never had any trees trimmed.

  • We did have some problems with the actual start date. However once they started the job, they GOT TO WORK! I was concerned when they told me it would only take 2 days to get the entire job done. I felt for the quality I wanted that would be impossible. Well, I was wrong. They had a large crew and did a fantastic job. I am VERY pleased with the work. I would recommened them!!

  • We went there and just started looking around. Then we got help from one of their employees who was AMAZING to say the least. She gave us so many wonderful options. Helped us with what shrubs and trees would work best in shade vs. sun. Then went over how we need to care for each shrub and tree we bought. I'm not sure I've ever received such excellent customer service. It was obvious she was very knowledgeable and loved what she does.

  • No complaints, they do what they say they are going to do.
