I arrived to the dermatology office and was greeted by their nice staff members. I completed personal forms since it was my first time attending. After completing the forms, I was seen right away by the doctor. He looked and my rash and knew exactly what I needed right away. I was prescribed the proper treatment and sent on my way. After applying my prescription, the rash disappeared. I was very happy with my experience at this dermatologist's office.

called the doctor's office i\with a referral from the primary care doctor. booked without a problem. was greeted by receptionist whom was friendly. was taken to room to wait on Dr. He came in examined my son. He prescribed my son medication which worked within the estimated amount of time. He even gave us a couple of free samples and did tell us that most insurance did not cover it but he would prescribe it if we wanted it.

Dr. Ravi is a very gentle, and caring doctor. Both my husband and I highly recommend Caring Dermatology Center. The procedures went well. Every thing was explained to us, beforehand, so we knew what to expect. Dr. Ravi and his staff are excellent care providers!

I was very pleased with the whole experience at Soderstrom Skin Institute.  They were very thorough.  The staff was very friendly.  They were very punctual; the wait time was very limited.  The office environment was very warm, inviting, and relaxing.  The doctor was very friendly and very warm.  He communicated and spoke English very well.

    Kumar, Dr. Manish G.
He was very friendly. He apologized for how long it took to get in because I was a new patient, but he said that in the future it would not take long at all.

The staff and the doctor are quit friendly and very professional. I am a nervous patient so they make sure I know what is going to happen and how it will feel. They call and remind me of my appointment and if my calendar changes they make other appointments without a lecture. I have recomended this provider to my family and friends and we all really like the service.

He was nice and good. He takes his time to talk with you. He explains everything. He is not the type of doctor that is stacked up. He is pretty friendly. I got in right away and it was not difficult to get an appointment. The office is alright. There are only two of them there and they were fine.

My overall experience was good. The doctor and his staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Doctor Bovenmeyer was very patient (I had a lot of questions). It did take several weeks to get in, but that was the only negative.

    Caring Dermatology Center
I have had issues w/ my skin since I've been an adult. I went to the doc to help clear it up. I will never have porcelain skin but it could surely use an improvement. I have other health concerns so I was adamant about only using topical treatment. The Dr. convinced me I need to take a couple oral medications. I filled them but did my research prior. One is Doryx which people take in cycles before visiting a country where Malaria is prevalent. It is an anti-bacterial drug. Then, I was also given an rx for an anti-inflammatory which counter-acts that drug. I was also given one more pill to help control some hormone he thought was causing my breakouts (I never had any blood work or urinalysis done - this was his assumption). These were my oral RX's. I was given Neo-Benz MicroWash, Epiduo topical and Acanya topical. I feel that this was being highly overmedicated. Yes, my breakouts aren't pretty but it's not severe acne either. I filled them all but did my research on the pills. The side effects don't disclose anything about hair loss but apparently it's a well-known issue. Every reputable site I went on had MULTIPLE reports of moderate hair loss (generally in patches like Alopecia) associated w/ use the of the drug when taken only with an anti-inflammatory. I would've been DEVASTATED if I lost ANY hair while also dealing with breakouts. and quot;Yes, your skin has cleared up nicely Your face is BEAUTIFUL... but now you look like a mange dogand quot;. The topicals alone did help to control but never totally clear up the breakouts. They are high content benz perox which is too harsh for my sensitive skin. I'm looking for other derms but will go back there if I don't find anything else. I'm just hesitant after the overmedication. My breakouts have returned but that is because I've curbed regular usage of these products.
