    Not good, pay for warranty or service work and pay all year, monthly and for years ave. of 600 dollars per year and when the easy repair was to be done, he ordered wrong part, said would reschedule and never heard back. 2 months now. Then they play the game parts aren't available, they ARE but they can get them because not being a authorized dealer so parts are available but not to them. This is with alot of the parts they can't get, and say it can't be fixed !!!! But I could call a authorized dealer and get it fixed !!! But yet I'm paying 600 dollars per year and NO service a authorized dealer could fix for about 200 dollars, Bottom line I'm paying for service I can't get and yet paid for

    Dishwasher not covered under my agreement. However, on Service Guard website is a coupon for $50 off service on appliance not covered under agreement. When I called to set up appointment the rep said the coupon was not valid in Iowa. Why didn���t they indicate that on the coupon!

    The young man they sent out (Mike R) was great. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it on this visit. My wife had just done her 2 week shopping and as a result we did not lose any perishables. The tech was an excellent ambassador for Black Hills. I only dinged one grade for punctuality because there had been no call back after 7 hours and we had called to see if they were still coming. While I was on the phone the tech pulled in, Very happy ending and pleased with service.

    I bought a big deal they didn't charge me more. It was acceptable and average. He was good. He was here when he was suppose to be. He was very professional. They seemed good and if you need any in house technical service I would call them. It took probably only an hour.

    Crew showed up with no work order or instructions on what I had agreed to in the contract. Contract said I would get 6' of lower freeze/water barrier, workers put on 3'. Contract said all gutters would be removed and lower flashing replaced, workers left gutters on and laid new barrier over existing flashing. Contract said I would be left extra shingles, workers left none. The valley material was ripped and overlapping at those points was not sealed properly. The gutters were taken off after roof was completed, old flashing still in place. This is obviously wrong order of repair. Fireplace leaked and ruined wall in living room. Took Bel-Aire 2 trips to fix the problem (but only gooped tar on my roof to get the water to stop) Front porch leaked into soffit. One worker came by on cold day, crammed some black felt paper under the shingles to temporarily stop the water and said he would come back on warm day to fix permanent, but never saw him again.

    Ryan arrived as stated to review the job and provide a quote. He emailed the quote within 2 days. The quote was online with other quotes I obtained. He responded to any emails I sent that same evening. He and his crew were professional in all aspected of their job. They arrived on time each day of the job. They used full sheets of plywood to protect the siding of my house and the neighbors when they tore off the old shingles. The cleaned up each night and left no debris after each of the 3 days of work. The roof was removed and tar paper put on day 1, reshingled on day 2 and the porch was fixed on day 3. I highly recommend David Construction and will use them again in the future.

    From the beginning working with Chariot Limo's was not pleasant due to their lack to answer phone calls or respond to voicemails or emails. However, my major concern with their company is their driver quality. We were notified the day before our reservation that due to a driver going through a field and having the front go into the ditch the AC was broken & they offered us a different bus due to the heat would be unbearable without AC. While leaving one of our stops the driver was having difficulties. Instead of asking the passengers to exit the bus while she could try to get the bus in a better exit position she continued to attempt to exit & all of the passengers on the driver side of the bus were knocked out of their seats when she dipped into the ditch leaving passengers with multiple scratches & bruises.

    This part of the work went fine. They showed up when they said they would, did all the necessary work and left. However, I really wont be able to grade the work until there's a wind storm coming out of the northwest...if there are no shingles on the ground after that I'll know they did a good job.

    Fantastic! They fixed the leak and no leaks since. They were careful enough in removing my shingles, so that I did not have to purchase new ones. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were available within a few days to schedule the work. I felt confident that they were going to do the job right. I would definitely recommend Davis Construction!!! Note: Two other roofers prior to him failed to stop the leak, overcharged me, did not give me my money back nor guaranteed their work.

    e had a bad actor take control of the computer and do whatever they wanted to it. We couldn't even get it restarted after the scam artists got out. Mark Thein got it going again, removed malware and spyware, refurbished it, reorganized it, and set up a back-up drive so that we don't have to be worried about losing our data. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Dubuque or Maquoketa area. I give RCS Computer Services an "A."
