    I use their service department because it���s excellent. I know that they are a little expensive so I might give them an ���A��� on the price, but to me it���s worth it because they know the car, they know the parts. Even if there is a mistake made or they get a new technician in there, they certify their work and they���re very responsive. I don���t think I���ve had a problem over maybe once or twice in the last 20 years. I would give them an ���A��� for price because to me it is worth it the peace of mind. I have used them for 20 years.

    they damaged car in process of installation.. refuse to fix it or pay for repairs to be done. very very rude and i was sworn at and hung up on phone call. be aware they will lie and cheat you. they at first took responsibility for damage but when they found out amount - cost to repair they changed there tone and got very rude and offered me 90 dollars take it or leave it, the part alone cost way more than that. when i objected mike swore at me and hung up. the bbb has full report on this.

    They stayed open late for me.  The owner had the assembly that could be done in advance done when I got there.  It only took about 30 minutes to do the install.  They then showed me how to operate the new stereo.  AND, I can answer my cellphone with the new stereo! 
    They matched the price I had for a JVC at BestBuy and gave me a newer model. 
    I am very very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

    They don't do major car repairs or serious car problems then I would have to take it someplace else. They are very good in doing basic maintenance like oil change, fluid levels checked, tires to be updated and all this kind of stuff. They tell me what is really wrong with my car and don't try to look for stuff so that they can charge me for it. I will be able to take my car in for an appointment and they don't try to get me in within a couple of weeks; they usually get me in usually within a day or two. If I have a real problem then they will see me the next day or that afternoon if it is early in the morning. I have always been very satisfied with their performance. I usually take my car in for supreme wherein they change the oil and check all the other fluids or changing and balancing the tires which would cost be about $60.00. A basic oil change would cost me $28.00.

They will tell you the work that needs to be done now and what things can wait. As a woman taking a car to a garage, the treatment I receive is excellent!

They are very professional, I know one time he brought the part out and showed me what the problem was and told me what we can do. They are very knowleagable. The staff are very professional and very friendly. They authorize to and from work. They are very good.

    Both vehicles were finished in a timely matter. We were having problems with the battery that was just a bit over a year old in one of the vehicles and after testing showed that it was a bad battery. It was exchanged with no problem or cost. Have been taking our vehicles here for quite a few years and always pleased. This is not one of the auto places that will call you once they have your car and tell you of repairs needed. He is very honest and will only alert you to something if necessary.

    For years, I trusted Midas because I knew little about cars, yet drove an old vehicle and wanted to fix only what was necessary. The manager there until August 2013 never failed me or my two old cars. When my old Taurus was too dangerous to drive, the old manager told me to give up on it, and I did before we had an accident. After a year without a car, we got a different old car. Midas did $1500 worth of work on it, making it safe and usable. Then it started stalling at stoplights. The old manager was gone, and a new person came in overnight. The new manager put in a repair that didn't work ($85 labor). He then sent me to Richardson, where computer analysis was available to figure out the problem, which did turn out to be very difficult to diagnose and fix.

    Our 1992 Cadillac was stalling at stop lights--but only after sitting overnight or while we were at work. TJ and the mechanics at Richardson kept after the problem, putting in a fix only when called for by their computer and then testing it. Meanwhile, we had a loaner, so we could get to work and back. Two times the car seemed to be fixed, was better, and then began to stall again. Our service rep TJ kept working with us, getting the car in to be serviced quickly, and keeping Richardson's best Cadillac mechanics at work sleuthing out the problem. Meanwhile, one of the electric windows got stuck open. TJ helped me get it up, we stopped using it (instead of getting it fixed for $500), and our old caddy was back on the road, rain or shine--for no charge. I recommend Richardson Motors for the little touches, like help with the window, and for the big finishes, like being able to drive our car again worry free.
