JERRY'S AUTO SALES & AUTO BODY
Jason came to our house in Sioux Falls to view the damage and provide an estimate. They picked up the car from our house. The repairs were completed on schedule. When we picked up the car, we were very pleased with the work done. The repair was done so well that we couldn't tell that it had been damaged. The car had also been given a detailed cleaning inside and out. Everyone we talked to through the whole project was courteous and professional. I would gladly recommend Jerry's to anyone needing auto body repair.

    MARV'S BODY SHOP, INC.
Service people were friendly and honest. Fair pricing. Did excellent job with the body work. When I got my car back and noticed there was a slight difference in the paint color, compared to the side of the car, they got me right back in and repainted the bumper so that it was an exact match, at no extra charge.

    Haddock Collision Center Maynard
A deer jumped out in front of me. It clipped the headlight cover, creased and dented the hood, and dented the A-pillar. It also broke the windshield, but Haddock didn't replace it for me. I had to jump my girlfriend's car before it went in and the hood gouged a corner of the quarter panel before I realized that was a danger. Haddock was recommended to me as a Audi certified shop by Audi Cary. Turned out they were and quot;in networkand quot; for my insurance. They had my car two weeks. They posted photos to the insurance and quot;hows it doingand quot; web site daily. The car came back looking like new. They replaced the headlight, hood, hood hinges, and the quarter panel. They bondo-ed the dent in the A-pillar, because there's just no way to get behind it and it is part of the larger body of the car. The paint job on that was really good. I think I can see where the blend happened, but I'm not completely sure exactly. The only two issues were that the headlight wasn't aimed right, it was way too low, and the keyless entry sensors on the door handles didn't work on either side so I actually had to use the keyfob to get in the car. #firstworldproblems I would have deducted for this, but when I called Billy said to bring it back any time, and they'd fix it while I wait. I showed up next morning, and they had my car back to me and working 100% in less than 45 minutes. The headlight is aimed spot on now, and the keyless entry works fine. Haddock said the work was worth about 4 grand, which is what I put the details above. But I paid just my $500 deductible. Haddock took care of all the insurance stuff, I just had to show up, give them the car, and pay them the deductible, and sign a couple of places. Very happy overall with this otherwise sucky experience.

    GRAHAM AUTOMOTIVE
Graham Automotive Body Shop did an excellent job for me. My car, jointly owned with my daughter, had been rear ended. We first took it to Marv's Body Shop (that was a mistake). Marv's did a horrible paint and repair job. So when Marv's could not do it correctly, we went to Graham Auto Body Shop. They did it right the first time, and the paint matched perfectly and the body parts fit exactly. I should have used Graham Auto Body the first time. I will from now on. Excellent work and super nice people to deal with. It was a pleasure working with Graham Volkswagen Body Shop. Highly recommended.

    MARV'S BODY SHOP, INC.
All the work was performed in an excellent manner. The paint matched perfectly - you cannot distinguish the new paint from the original. Everything was done on time as promised and I was provided a loaner vehicle to drive for the week my car was in the shop

    Bruggeman Collision
It was great! Doug was very nice. He saw my car right away to give me an estimate and I was back to drop it off the following week. They did a great job and the estimate was right in line with the bill. I would highly recommend them!

    MARV'S BODY SHOP, INC.
My car (jointly owned with my daughter) had been rear ended and the other driver's insurance was paying for the repairs (about $2500). Marv's painting was just poor. The color did not match (on a 3 year old car) and the alignment of the replacement parts was off. When I pointed this out, they gave me conflicting stories about what was happening. One other customer who was waiting in the parking lot told me the paint looked wrong to him too. Evan said they would “blend in the paint” then the next day said “we can’t blend VW paint” then sometime later said they would blend it. After several attempts, the car still looked mismatched and Even, Marv and Mark all claimed it was acceptable, even though I pointed out the misaligned trunk hatch, bumper, and places where the paint and finish obviously do not match. The owners of Marv's Body Shop were obstreperous, rude, and mean spirited. Marv even threatened me saying, and quot;If you complain about this, your insurance will drop you.and quot; I informed him it was not my insurance which was paying, but the insurance for the car whose driver had caused the accident. Marv continued to be rude and hostile. It was not an acceptable job. It looked crummy. It was not professional at all. The next day, I took our car to three different body shops. All three said the car was NOT properly repaired and repainted. They told me it was and quot;not up to industry standardsand quot; and it and quot;was a very poor paint matchand quot; and and quot;there are parts which were not installed, and should have been.and quot; This on the car which Marv's Body Shop said was properly repaired and repainted. So it was not just me, the auto body professionals said the car needed to be redone. So now I am on the waiting list to get the car done properly. Marv's will probably claim I am a customer who is and quot;unable to be satisfiedand quot; but the other body shops all said Marv's work was substandard and unacceptable. I will never use Marv's Body Shop again.
