  Superior Siding & Window Systems

  Submitted a contact request for a quote via their website and received a call from Jim Kinning. Told me he was the best and I had done good to contact his company for a quote. We set up an apointment and he didn't show up lol. Never texted or called to cancel the appointment.

  Submitted a contact request via their website and received a automated response (email) telling me they would be in touch. Never happened. Not even a call to tell me to go fly a kite or they were too busy. Nothing. Is leaving people hanging a part of their culture?

  Haggerty Windows & Siding

  They showed up and finished in the approximate schedule they provided. The issues we did have were typically small, like bits of debris left in the yard. They worked with us on the price for both the roofing and the siding to keep both together. When we had other issues, they were easy to work with. One of the band board features didn't line up with windows very well, so they contacted us to cofirm what we wanted and change it up to get a better look. The new foundation paint was slightly off the siding color, so they repainted with no hassle. Overall, they worked fast, and did a terrific job on both the siding and the roofing.

  I can't say enough about Kent and his crew. From the quick and accurate estimate, through the completion of the project, Kent was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, which I had quite a few of, and was able to help me with all my requests. Kent and his crew are friendly, professional and great craftsmen. The quality of work they do is top-notch and I had no questions that my house was in good hands. Seeing the final result was amazing! I would gladly recommend Advance Siding and Windows to anyone I know and use them again if I ever needed more work done.

  Superior Roofing

  Bid process and all around contact with Dennis was good. Overall the roofing process and crew were really good as were the Soffit and Fascia crew. Both of those crews seems to be part of the company. They did good work but did leave a few parts incorrect, like the metal between the fascia and the roof line, causing another team to have to rip the corners so it does not look very nice. When it came to the gutters it was a different company. While I communicated how I wanted it to Dennis, which was the same as it currently was, the new company did not do that. They did come and fix it but I still have small problems because of it. Not sure where the communication breakdown was but it was a little frustrating.

  Buresh provided excellent customer service, a quality product, and a reasonable price for the work done. I thought that I needed to have new gutters on my detached garage also, but Brian told me that he could work with the existing gutters on the structure to accomplish my goals. I was extremely appreciative that he did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. The team who came to install the gutters were prompt, courteous, and left the property cleaned up better than how they found it. I will definitely be calling Buresh again. Thanks for the great work!

During the design phase, they met with us in person on weekends and on weekdays outside of regular business hours. They brought multiple samples and gave us simple explanations about our options and prices. They offered creative solutions to our most challenging requests. And throughout the project, they were incredibly responsive to our questions --- day and night.   RoofSmart���s crews were professional and careful with our home. They cleaned up the site each day and invited our feedback about how the work was progressing.   The owner (Tim Naberhaus) was very honest, answered all our questions, was responsive when we had a request. Tim did not try to double talk, misrepresent, or elude answers. He was very straight forward. He checked on his workers, communicated needs to them, and followed up on what was done. He had a finishing person go around and make sure all the little details were covered. The cost of service was less than other contractors, and the quality was higher. The whole crew was professional, respectful, and skilled. I will hire Haus Roofing again if I have any future construction needs.

  They were great! The gentleman that I met with to get an estimate from was very professional and not pushy. He was very knowledgable about roofing. The gentlemen that worked on my roof were on time, very professional, and very respectful. The materials arrived on time. They worked diligently to get it done and completed it in one day. I was very greatful because it was going to storm that night. Everyone that I spoke to at Action Roofing and Construction was very professional? I am a very satisfied customer!
