    I purchased a whirpool large capacity high energy washer and dryer 3.5 years ago from NFM. They delivered and installed. I started to have a leakage problem on the washer about 5 or 6 months ago. It was sporatic and not a large amt of water after each cycle. The washer dryer is located in basement near a drain so it wasnt a high priority to repair. It started getting worse and on every cycle. I had it repaired by a local appliance repair firm because as far as I know NFM only delivers with minimal to no installation skills. I had to have a major part replaced that is part of the valve system on the washer where it connects to the hose. The washer valve was stripped. It was stripped by the delivery men at time they hooked up the hoses to make it operational. They didnt thread it properly and had to re thread and stripped the plastic valve. I had to pay $345 to repair. I am not pursuing NFM as its is almost 4 years and long out of warranty and I know they will claim since it didnt leak originally and it wasnt their fault. You get what you pay for I guess. Basically I paid a retail store to sell and deliver appliances that had no business hooking them up. I should have gone to a retail appliance dealer that also does repairs and professionally installs and services. NFM used some $10 an hr morons to install appliances that are beyond their skill level. Live and learn I guess. Also, while I love the NFM omaha location for furniture I dont think their appliance prices warrant forgoing professional installation and follow up service work you might get somewhere else.

    They were great -- willing to work the job in between their bigger orders since it was just cushions, fast, helpful in selecting fabric and determining how much would be needed, and work was very high quality. Cushions look great! $450 labor, $350 fabric for 6 cushions.

    When they delivered the refrigerator it was damaged, so I had them return it and I chose not to get another one. When they delivered the washer and dryer they didn't hook it up properly and when I went to use the washer, there was no water. They also flipped the dryer door, so it would open the opposite way, and when they did they stripped the screws and had to send it back and then they sent me a new one.

    Jim (the owner) was so extremely unfriendly. We have used him in the past and have put up with his grouchy nature, but after this last experience with him, we will be looking for a new appliance repair person. Our bottom drawer freezer was freezing over. We had Jim come out again (this is the second time he has had to come to fix this), and assessed it, told us that he would be out on Saturday to fix it. When asked what time he rudely said 830ish, 930ish or 1030ish. Saturday came and we placed a call at 10:30am to find out where he was. The lady at the office said he had all the work orders and that she had no way to get ahold of him. At 12:30 we called again and asked why no one has called us, and wanted to know what was going on. We had already paid for the service on Monday per his request. The lady called Jim who said he didn't know anything about the service visit (he had been at our home 5 days prior) and then they found the service request filed in a file. The lady (not Jim) called us back again to tell us this, and that she still had no idea when he would make it out. There were no apologies, no phone calls from the owner, and no explanation as to why he didn't come to do the job. So now we have a unplugged refrigerator, and a defrosted freezer and no repair man to fix something that has already been paid for.

    able to get done and when. He not only did his work well but advised us
    on how we could do much of the work we did. He took pride in his work
    and interest in the project as a whole. He was very friendly and hiring
    him and his company was a good experience.

    Amazing work!  All I had left of the original returns was a remnant of one of them.  Tiny recreated 3 new ones and stained them to match the original.  I've researched getting replacement returns in the past, and these were better and less expensive - also I didn't have to worry about getting the measurements exactly correct since Tiny did the measuring.  Prompt, highly skilled and professional work.

    I have used the services of Specialty Enterprises. They did a good job in fact they happen to do more work for me even though they certainly weren't perfect. I am going to take more pieces probably 1 or 2 more pieces. I felt that 600 bucks is a little high but it is their market. Altogether I would give them high marks. I like the coffee table. It is really a nice coffee table It was honey oak and now it is not. It still has got the oak grain because it is real wood but maple color now. It is pretty dark.

    They have good prices and they have good service. Their scheduling of installation was terrible. It took me about a month and a half to get my floor in. I don't think he knew he was doing. They took out my flooring. In about a week before it was supposed to be installed, they told me that it had been discontinued. I went and took the different flooring which was in stock. I lost my installation date which I thought was their problem and not my problem. In the kitchen, you have to put things in a certain order and I had them slotted in for their time period and they blew their time period. I was very unhappy. They need to make sure that they can deliver what they say they're going to deliver. They need to keep their word.

    He was very good, very punctual and did very good work.  He was really good about cleaning up any mess.  Very nice guy and explained proceedures and time frame and was on time in returning and completing work. I was a very satisfied customer. He also did recommend some colors and products that he uses.  I found this very helpful and nice of him.
