    ROYAL FLOORING
Royal Flooring was awesome to work with. My sales representative, John Volz, was very helpful in finding me new countertops and LVT flooring to update my rental townhome with a fresh look and an affordable price!

Jesse was amazing to work with. He held our hand thru every step in the project and completed on time and within budget. He suggested a couple of things to make our kitchen even better than we had planned. Absolutely top quality work and we were never left in an unusable mess. We would defiantly recommend Bryngelson Builders to anyone planning a remodel or just a simple upgrade.

I have worked with Brian Buresh a number of times over the past 10 years, from Siding, new windows, new deck, new sliding French Doors to now remodeling the main level of the house. I got two Bids because I have worked with Brian and he has always lived up to his word, I chose him even though the other bid was about 5% lower. They came out, reviewed the plans we wanted implement, made some suggested changes. One of them was to take our closet out of the mud room and convert it to a locker arrear and the remaining space into a wonderful new additional pantry. After we agreed on price and plan, they started. Within days, they had the floors in the living room, dining room and hallway replaced with new real wood oak floors. ( I have to add that they were instrumental in finding a flooring supplier that had what we wanted with the price we wanted to pay.) After the floors were installed, they stripped the wallpaper, which was in every room. It was a mess during the day but when they left, they cleaned up after themselves every time. After stripping the wallpaper, they arranged for the installation of the Granite and appliances. There was a small delay there because the Boesch Built in Oven was backordered. Once that was in, they finished installing the appliances and finished the job. During the process, Brian stayed in touch with me during the process. As you can guess, you can't put $30,000 into a remodeling project without having some minor issues or changes in the plan. When any of these arose, (and there were very few but mostly due to our changes), he worked with us and implemented the changes or corrected the problem. I've lived in 4 major cities and remodeled a number of houses in each of those cities.  I want to say that Brian is the most honest contractor I've ever met. I would work with Brian on a handshake and nothing more. That is how much I trust him.

Jesse totally transformed our kitchen. He did what he said he would do and for the amount quoted. He is totally professional. He kept us informed as each item of work was to begin. He has an eye for details and perfection.

Can not say enough about the crew, both employees and sub contractors. All of them work with pleasure, as a good team, and therefore the work quality and output is fabulous. Attentive to detail, aware of our needs, and able to offer advice on items which improve the overall result. Individually, they are all great, as a team they are fabulous. We will do another project (downstairs) and Adam will work with us on that as well.

The work is exceptional and the communication, stellar.  Adam and his team are amazing!  The bathroom he and his team built in my basement makes me want to redo the master as well.  Adam and his team worked very well with me and my husband to ensure that they were meeting all of our needs throughout the process.  I had received a previous bid from the original builder of my home for the same work and Adam's bid for the basement alone was $20k lower and the work is exceptional!  I can't wait for next Spring to be able to sit out on my new covered porch with my family!

Jesse did a great job.  My wife and I have no regrets hiring him and would definitely consider him again for our future projects.  Due to the complexity of our project we decided to hire a contractor who had knowledge of the involved crafts as well as experience coordinating the activities.  I consulted Angie's List and developed a "short list" of a few contractors, whom my wife vetted including soliciting bids.  We selected Jesse from the other contractors due to various considerations including his bid as well as his professionalism.  He was also friendly and responsive throughout all stages of the project from the initial visit to the final bill.  He was always easy to reach and quick to respond.  Although Jesse subcontracted out the counter top and flooring work (which he disclosed to us during his first visit), he was present on-site at our house during much of the project.  The subcontractors were also professional and respectful.  We spent so much time with Jesse and the subcontractors during the project -- in meeting them, picking out materials, etc., we got to know many of the people personally.  They were all a joy to get to know.  We have already received many positive comments on the quality of the work from our friends, neighbors and family.  We had a great experience and are definitely happy that we selected Bryngelson Builders for our project.

We stared the project with the desire to replace a living room carpet with hardwood floors and add a pantry. Once Jesse was engaged the ideas and options were so exciting and affordable the kept growing. In the end we got the hard wood floor but so much more that has turned our home into the place we want to be all the time. We tore out the entire kitchen and an overhead soffit which just wasted space in the kitchen. By taking the cabinets to the ceiling! I now have all the kitchen cabinet space I need. The pantry Jesse recommended was prefect. By having Jesse's assistance we were able to redesign the bathroom too, providing the needed closet space and a deep tub with shower! Jesse stuck with us through all the decisions, guiding us through options as well as professional advice. He also scheduled around the flooring guys and their erratic work schedule, stepping in as needed to keep the floor project up to expectations as well, though this was not his job. In the end, we got a new kithcen, with lots of cupboard space, new counters, lights and ceilings, plus the pantry I love. The bathroom now flows with the rest of the house. I would recommend Jesse highly and plan to have him back for additional work in he future.

Everything went smooth from the removal of the old cabinets and countertop, repair of ceiling and walls to installation of new cabinets, crown molding, wood countertop and appliances.
