    I tried just now to contact them concerning a very sensitive and personal matter and they were beyond rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I contacted the email address they have listed on their website and this was the reply I got back: "Give your adreess so i can send. A box of condomes, so you stop have mote kid, get a job **** or at leade charge for ***, don give your ***** for free ." These people do not know me or anything about me. I have never encountered this type of treatment before in my entire life. I wouldn't take anything of mine to them nor recommend taking anything to them because of their heartless and disrespectful treatment. I am in total shock and appalled by this treatment. I will be reporting it to the better business bureau and consumer reporting agency as well.

    Poor service. Outrageous prices. Wouldn't recommend. Summary: I've never had an issue when I've used a AAA-recommended service provider before, but I guess there's a first time for everything. I had to wait for several days before I could post this review. Two weeks ago, my son had his car towed by AAA. He forgot who I used for a mechanic, and so he had it towed to a shop they recommended. The ultimate diagnosis and repair was for a faulty ignition switch. However, it took nine days for that repair, and the cost kept ballooning during the time in the shop. However, my biggest issue was the poor service. I would be promised phone calls that never happened. On multiple occasions, I was promised that my son's car was "next up," only to find out 24 hours later that it hadn't been looked at. On Day 8, I was told that part of the reason for the cost was that the ignition was chipped and would have to be reprogrammed as part of the repair, only to be told on Day 9 that they had no idea the car had chip keys. Finally, on Day 9, I was promised that the car would be fixed by 10:00AM on Day 10. My wife and I were going to be leaving town by 5:00AM on Day 10 and our two college-age sons would each need a functioning car while we were gone (we have 3 cars for 4 people). I explained this and that I needed to have the car by close of business that day. The service manager offered me a rental overnight, but I told him that, since neither of my sons are old enough to drive a rental yet, my wife and I would need to take it, and so he would need to cover the cost of the rental for 4 days, not just overnight. The car was done two hours later.

    For the past 10 years, I've relied on the guys at Graham Tire to work on my cars for almost everything that's needed to be done. At one point or another, I've had all of the following work done by them: Routine maintenance (including oil changes), brakes, tires, AC repair, and a new transmission. I go back to them again and again. Right now, I'm working with a different mechanic in town on an issue because my son accidentally had his car towed into the wrong shop. The difference in service is night and day, and makes me appreciate Graham Tire all the more.

    I was able to call and get in to have the vehicle quoted and repaired within a day or two. I had two spots of the exhaust rusting out and they addressed those spots with a welded in piece. This shop is professional, affordable and quick to get repairs done. I did not rate on quality because I don't know how th repair will stand to time but it's been 4 months and it's holding and quiet. Rust in Iowa is inevitable son it's nice to have options to a complete replacement.

    The body work was nicely done, and paint color matched well. The workers also discovered that some factory recall repairs needed to be taken care of, so those were also completed. Our questions were completely answered before we agreed to have any of the work done, and service personnel were helpful and professional. The vehicle was also vacuumed and the exterior was cleaned before it was returned to us. The parking lot was spacious and easy to drive in and out of, which is not always the case. We recommend this shop.

    Bought a car from them 3 weeks ago. I was stopped twice in 12 hours for illegal tint on the windows and lights. I had to get the window tint removed and still looking for someone to remove the tint sprayed on the lights and tail lights. When I called the 800 number yesterday they told me to get receipts and they would go from there. Today they tell me it's not their problem. It's not ok. They did not tell me this tint was illegal. I'm thinking they can have this car back. It has other problems that I was willing to fix but I feel it was quite shady to sell the car with all this illegal tint and not disclose it.

    I knew something was not right almost at once when I saw the guy in the car punching the lights on the dash. They changed the oil and did the lube job and called for me by a nickname which was not in their computer. I did not appreciate that and when I remarked the man (smirking) said that he could change it in the computer. I took the car home and the parking lights stayed on and the battery went dead shortly. It was a charade. I lost the afternoon, paid for a battery charge, and missed the annual event at the church. When I told them what happened, they said no word of "we are sorry" until the second email. It is still not resolved.

    He called me to let me know what the problem was.  He told me what the book estimate was for getting the job done; let me know that he would have to wait a day to get the parts in.  And also let me know that he didn't think the book estimate was accurate, he didn't think he would have to put that much labor in and he would only charge me for what he actually did.  The original estimate was $660.  So he didn't have to do all of the labor that the book said and ended up charging me less.  I was very pleased.  That was what your review had said and that was my experience.  It was great.  He provided someone to drive back to my work and then to pick me up when the work was done.  I dropped it off Thursday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon.  He tries to get it done same day; of course for me, he had to wait for parts to come in.  On punctuality, I didn't expect it until the end of the day and it was done by noon.  If I was in the area I definitely would use them again.

    We love Toyota of Des Moines. Just bought our third Prius. I?ve got an ?07? that still runs great. We just bought a ?17? and we?ve got a ?13?, so we like those guys. Both service and sales departments are great to work with.
