The quality of thier work has been fantastic. They did the best job of the four diffrent companies that I have used, and they were the least expensive.

atI have had a leak in my BRAND NEW roof for 3 years. Only when it rains HARD does it leak. My first contractor, Voigt Construction, came and "fixed" it last year. He just tarred around a exhaust pipe. I called his cell when the leak was happening and left a message that it was leaking AGAIN, and that I was upset. He never returned my call. This man was supposed to be a friend of mine. I called my Insurance company, and they referred me to Brandon Shetler. I called Brandon, and he came over that night to crawl on the roof to see if he could see anything. When he came down, he said that everything looked good, but he wanted to inspect it closer on another date. He called and came over about a week later. He was punctual! He brought a helper and told me what the plan was. They were going to look under the shingles for water trails, and if need be, take the shingles off and search further. I asked for an estimate, and he quoted a very reasonable offer, he said he wasn't for sure but it cold be between $50 or at the most $250. I said great! He wasn't here for an hour, and he found the problem. He only charged me $80! I said "WHAT! Did you charge me materials!" He said there wasn't any, just the hourly rate for 2 people. I told him that I will spread his name around!  This guy was awesome! He could have raked me over the coals EASILY, but he was very honest and very knowledgeable! I would recommend him to EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, because he didn't take advantage of me.

We use them during the winter for snow removal.  We have a very long drive way and then a parking area and then a training track and they clean the snow off all of this.  It is probably double what others would have to pay for a regular driveway.  They have done such a good job for us.  We will definitely use them again in the future.

From start to finish everything went well, using with quality products. Started with removing wet carpet, doors & trim, furniture (put in pod that was rented). Carpet was replaced, throughout, new oak trim & doors. Moved furniture back in to lower level Opened up a wall that had a storage room behind it and put in built in bar, all oak. Granite counter top on bar, surround sound system. Added more can lighting.

They do well on simple jobs. I wouldn't have them work on the furnace again as they didn't seem to understand it correctly.  Really good at yard work and snow clearing and simple electrical work.

I had called John the main guy who is to clear out my elderly relatives drive and walkway each time it snows and to make sure that they have a walking path to take out the trash to the curbside.  Also the porches are to be salted and or sanded along with the drive.  This year and the past few years that John has been doing this, he has rarely showed up at all.  We have called his cell phone number and house number and left messages and no return calls. It's almost like he gets to it when he thinks it is convienient.  However my relatives need to get out to get the mail, go to the doctor, and other appointments and John is being paid by the State Of Iowa to do this. The last time he did not even shovel a path to the curbside so my relatives had to trample through the snow to take out the trash.  This is a poor excuse for the State Of Iowa contracting unprofessional and sloppy workers who don't care about our elderly folks. We will be finding someone who cares.

He was suppose to remove the snow for $20 as we got a neighbor to have theirs done too. Just before the first snow on Dec.8, we called and asked him to wait to do the drive until the plow had been up his street as they were predicting 8" of snow. He then told her it would be double for anything over 6". When he cleaned it, he didn't clean almost 2' of the bottom of his driveway. The second snow was a big one on Dec24. He didn't come out until the 27th to clean it, after my husband used his shop truck to blade out the bottom of the drive including what Ryan had left the last time. This time they didn't clean all the way to the side of his drive leaving almost 18" undone. This last time it snowed Jan 6 and he is suppose to be there today(8th) by 5:00. Everyone else was dug out yesterday. If we had not bought a gift certificate for a reduced price he would have been done after the first lousy job. He rarely returns phone calls. What a joke!

We hired Ryan to do the snow removal for $20. We contacted him just before the first snow fall and asked him not to do his driveway until after the plow had been by as they were predicting an 8" snow fall, and then he said he would charge double for anything over 6" of snow. When he did clean it, he left almost 2' of the bottom of his driveway not cleaned, just a big pile of snow. The second snowfall (which was a big one) on the 24th, he didn't get out there until the 27th to do it. My husband had taken his shop truck and bladed out the bottom of the drive including what Ryan had left the first time. This time they did not clean the side of the driveway all the way to the edge leaving at least 18" not cleaned. We had snow on Jan. 6th and his is suppose to be there today(8th) by 5:00. We'll see what kind of a job he does this time. My sister told him it wasn't cleaned to the edge last time so we'll see. He rarely returns phone call even after leaving a message. If we had not bought a gift certificate for a reduced rate, he would have been gone after the first lousy job. We were going to have him do his yard in the summer. What a joke!
