    It was unclear from the phone call to sign up that the payment for installation would be at the time of service. The call indicated we would be billed. They were willing to reschedule when we had payment on hand.

    Their price is reasonable and comparative. What's different about them is their courtesy and that they care for their clients, which is what keeps them at #5 instead of #1. They go the extra mile and I wish more people cared about courtesy and service. I've been with them since it formed in 1986 and when they bought out the store that I had a contract with. They don't make a habit of coming to my house because they solve the problems as they come up, even with my other phone. If you don't have another phone they can take care of that too by having you bring it into their store.

    Our hdmi ports were not working and internet tv was not functioning correctly . I described the problem over the phone and gave the information from the back of the tv regarding model # etc. He ordered and brought out the right part after testing it and the tv works great now. The service man was polite and made sure before leaving that all features were working. He gave us an estimate over the phone and it was very close to actual cost.

    Judd is incredibly arrogant and egotistical! He scams people with the cars they purchase because he hides defects in the cars! If you try to report him, then he will repo your vehicle and say that you have been missing your payments. The rental problems are also a nightmare! The properties should be condemned and people have actually been hurt because of the dangers of these properties. He will evict you from these if you try to report him with the authorities.

    He looked at my upgrade date and said I could upgrade.  I did not have the password and the account was under my husband?s name.  We called my husband and he also did not know what it was.   The guy at the store had my husband update the password.  He called back later. 

    They had been waiting on other customers behind me.   Two hours later, around 7:30 someone asked if they could help me.   They gave me a recommendation and I chose a car charger.    I asked for the "share everything plan" with my husband and he just said to come back with my husband   I decided not to buy the new phone and I just walked out.

    Everything went great.  The staff at the hospital was very good.  They were all very nice and communicated very well.  Even when the doctor was running behind, they let me know right away.

    I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the overall appearance of the hospital. They had updated their whole maternity ward and birthing rooms a couple of years ago, and that was just very well done. It was well thought out and well planned.

    They are okay, but they just got off to a really bad start. They brought us old equipment first and that's what got us off to a bad start and it took me three tries to get new equipment. Their service is good once you get good equipment.

    I have been using them for the last 10 years.  I had been to their office about 6 to 7 months ago for a change of service.  I wanted to get more minutes.  This was while my husband was still alive, but was in the hospital and I was trying to make long distance calls every day.  They just added more minutes and didn't charge me for it.  I use my cell phone on a daily basis.  I have unlimited nights and weekends. I have 500 anytime minutes from Sprint to Sprint, that is the extra that they gave me.  I have fax, picture mail, voice mail and 3 nights unlimited.  I have some trouble as I am being charged for the pictures that I get.  Otherwise, they provide a good service.  I will use the future.

    Ace Property Rental LLC
         I have been a tenant at my present address since November of 2010.  The property management company used to be known as Mel Foster Property Management and is now called Ace Property Management.  The house is owned by Mike and Tammy Collins.  I originally provided a list of needed repairs, with photos, to my property management company in November of 2010 when I paid my first full month's rent.  The list went ignored.  At the beginning of April, 2011, I again submitted the list, with photos, to the property management office when I paid my rent.  A few weeks later, I called to inquire of Mr. Steve Henson, the manager and owner of Ace Property Management, whether any of the work would be getting done soon.  He stated that he never received the list, so I reprinted it with the photos.  May 1st, I brought it to him again and also called the property owners.  I've spoken to them several times and have been given numerous promises that maintenance would be taken care of.  Neither the owners nor the property management company have followed through on any of their promises to take care of the problems which include: Rotted wood in the door frames, a damaged air conditioner, loose / broken siding, unfinished path / paint work on the bedroom ceiling, caulk tape falling off around the shower / tub, a bad faucet valve in the shower / tub, a leaking drain under the kitchen sink, a toilet that never stops running, missing screens, ants, door locks / bolts that don't line up with the holes, and a loose electrical connection in the kitchen ceiling fan / light.  Today, when I paid the rent (on time, as always), a young couple was talking to Mr. Henson about the problems in their house that have not been addressed for over a year.  That was the last straw.  I now intend to contact an attorney and have all future rent checks held in escrow until the maintenance is performed.  I will also be looking for another place with a different property manager because I am absolutely dissatisfied with the lack of response and lack of effort to address the problems I've found with this house.  To date, no work has been performed and I've been diligently trying to get this manager / owner to take care of the problems since November of 2010 (8 months so far).
