    I was I was told to do exactly what they said and all would be well.  They even went so far as to tell me I could die from my dental condition.  Well, I am still here and could not believe the nightmare that experience was. 
    Hold onto your billfold when you walk through the door and don't believe everything you hear there.

    Our issue was with the billing. Certain services were not forwarded to our insurance company. We had to pay approximately

     $900. Out of pocket before services would start. He asked me if money was an issue. I said it was an issue and he asked me this after the services were started. He would not send my Ex-Rays to my Insurance company. He made it send like I  would only have to pay $900 out of pocket and my insurance company would take care of the rest. After all services were completed he sent me a bill saying I owed him $390.My insurance company said that I shouldn't have to pay that and that something was not correct and that they would look into it.We never heard anything after that until recently now saying that I owe him almost $800.I feel that he is nothing more than a high pressure sales men trying to talk you into extra services that you do not need. Overall im extremely disgusted and disappointed and  feel like I was being used for greed.

    It went splendid! Because of all the children I have it is hard to find places to make appointments for more than 2 children at a time, Beth - the Office Manager let me do several at one time so I only had to make 2 trips for the initial appointments, then she took 3 at a time when they needed further work done. The office is clean, a little small, but has easy access to main roads, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They return calls promptly. I have two types of insurance for my own 2 children and Beth worked it out that I did not even realize there was a problem with our personal insurance - she just wanted me to know what happened.
    When I make appointments they are at my convenience and usually within the week that I called. He has a fabulous staff, but he is also very much apart of his patients progress which isn't always true with other dentists if all the patient came in for was a cleaning. I was surprised that he does not pull teeth from children (I do not know his policy for adults), but I am discovering that many dentists refer their patients who need teeth pulled to the oral surgeon now.
    One more thing, where we live finding a dentist that accepts insurance from the state is almost impossible,but Dr. Hubner treats each patient with kindness and courtesy no matter what type of insurance they have and unfortunately anyone who has had state insurance can attest to the fact that they can be treated differently.

    I have been going to Dr. Irwin of QC Dental Docs for over 10 years.  He is a very competent and caring dentist.  I have had multiple cavities filled and crowns placed over the course of the past 10 years.  I am probably a trying patient for many dentists, as I require excessive amounts of Novocain and extra time for it to take effect before dental work for cavities or crowns can be attempted. Even when those accommodations have been made, I sometimes still have pain.  He will stop immediately if I ask him to, and he will stop if he notices my discomfort (when I don't say anything and try to tough it out), to administer more numbing medication.  Despite the accommodations that have to be made for me to get dental work done, he as well as his staff make me feel welcome.
    I have been seen by Dr. Benoit, who is also a member of Dental Docs a couple times, when Dr. Irwin was unavailable. I think both of those times were following a dental cleaning. He did a good job of answering questions and seemed very friendly and competent also.

    First, the people, they are great starting with the receptionist, the nurses, the doctor assistant Candy, and ended with Dr. D'Souza. I went to the office three times, I had never seen a great treatment like they have gave me. Great services, did not feel any pain, the nurses worried about me and how comfortable. Dr. Souza is the head of all of them, but they seem that they are dealing with other as family members, always smiling and they like happy to be there working. the problem was that I needed a new crown, went to them three times, they are on time waiting for the patient, no waiting.Today, they installed the new crown, I am already feeling better.

    My whole family uses this dentist. When we first started going they were great and outstanding. The treatment was outstanding but the billing and availability were bad. If I called for an appointment for something other than a cleaning you may have to wait about a month. The billing is horrible I'm going through a issue with them now about my billing because we have insurance that will cover eighty percent of the cost. We get two free cleanings a year and when I asked about it. They corrected it about a year and a half later. The people that I also recommended to them also have had bad experiences with them. I am not sure if we will continue to use them in the future.

    Quick and easy exam and cleaning.  If I am having any issues with my teeth he is a great help in finding the appropriate solution.   He alone does all the work on my teeth.  I have had crowns placed on teeth in the past with good success. He is concerned about me as a patient.

    Great. The office staff is wonderful. The waiting room is very clean. Dr. Doyle is great. He's very gentle and polite. Trying to get in to see Dr. Doyle is a little tough because they're booked, but the office staff does a fantastic job squeezing you in if it's an emergency or something that can't wait.

    Waterford Family Dentistry
    First of all, if you refer someone to Waterford, they give that person and you a $50.00 credit. Usually, I find that referrals have some string(s) attached. Well, when I went for my appointment, I should've had to pay 25-40$ but I didn't have to pay a dime.
    I had been skipping my 6-month check-ups at my previous dentist for awhile due to a bad experience. The hygienist, Corie, was extremely friendly. Due to my own fault, I have to go in for a special type of cleaning but the office was very accommodating. They made sure I understand what my insurance and me are being billed.
    Dentist office visits are pretty cut and dry. You don't always get the best customer service in them. However, I felt that the staff at Waterford wanted to be there and were fresh and energetic!
    Would definitely recommend! In fact, I'll be back there again this week!
